Excellent establishment. Made some life time friends here and experienced the best of Prague as a solo backpacker thanks to Sir Toby. Only negative for me was one rude front desk worker who really didn't belong. His vibe was so opposite the relaxed friendly atmosphere Sir Toby created for its guest. I will always return here when in Prague

We were at Sir Toby's for three nights and we can honestly say the only small negative thing of our experience was the somewhat temperamental showers. The hostel itself is not exactly central but a single tram ride to the city centre. The building is a beautiful old timber place with decorations all over the place giving it a real homely feel. The 12 bed dorms were spacious, the bar was great and the complete kitchen was a blessing. Coupled with a free BBQ, friendly staff and courtyard, 10/10.

The Staff is really friendly, helpful and very nice. And the kitchen is also very good, but it would be great, if there is more window or fans in kitchen for refreshing air. It was a little bit hot, when somebody cooks in the kitchen. ;)

Sir Toby's is hands-down the best hostel I stayed at on a month and a half excursion around Europe. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are the absolutely the friendliest there are. The kitchen and bar in the basement are awesome, and the patio in the back is really nice too! Not to mention the free barbecues!!! The rooms are also very clean and nice, and there are nice lockers where you can lock your things up, and you can even get a locker in the reception area for your valuables.

Best staff, best bar, best atmosphere EVER. And if you are hesitating because you think it's too far away from the tourist attractions, I think this is actually an advantage because Prague is too touristy, staying here can let you really feel local people's life.

They got everything. It is a real pleasure stay in there, it could be a little bit away from te city center, but two trams and you are already there within 10 minutes. (May be even less). The place has it own bar with really cheap and authentic czech beer!

Great place. Just a 10 minutes tram ride from the city, and located close to some great clubs (Like Cross Club). The place itself had a great atmosphere, really cosy interior and spacious private rooms. The bar downstairs is great, it does get a bit hot when it's crowded, but that just adds to the experience. Would definitely stay there again!

Very noisy outside of room at night

Absolutely incredible hostel! Clean, friendly, organised. The beer cellar made our stay much more enjoyable, meeting and talking with other guests whilst enjoying a cheap beer! There isn't much to say negatively about this hostel, we stayed in a twelve dorm with 3 story bunk beds. Each had a privacy curtain and a small, lockable shelf. There were larger crates available and lockers in the reception. 10/10, completely made our trip to Prauge

Possibly the best place in the world. Rado, Wesley, Whitney, Nadia, Karlo, Vashek, Danielle, Julie and just all of the staff are amazing. We stayed here twice because we loved it so much. The second time, we walked through the door of the pub downstairs and were confronted with a Scottish guy with a pirate hat and tequila, referred to as the Captain. That's how great it is at Sir Toby's. Best place to make friends as well. Go there. Just go. It's the best. Say hi to them from Ollie too.

Location good, take metro and tram but both only 2 stops, lockers good, triple bunks for dorms...I was on top and it wasn't too bad, showers good, wifi worked most of the time, breakfast is awesome and worth the money, bar pretty good too...wish the garden and balconies didn't close so early, dorm really needs a fan it gets so hot and cos the windows are open bugs get in...I was watching them on the ceiling above my bed lol. Staff friendly, italian restaurant next to hostel amazing!

Great value for money! There was a free barbeque on the night we stayed. Very sociable atmosphere and a lovely bar.

Bathroom was constantly wet and under-stocked. I've stayed here before when it wasn't so busy and had a much better experience. I think this location is great because it allows you to see a neighborhood outside of the city center and forces you to take public transport.

Great experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The environment was also so great for meeting other travelers as well.

A little far from most places, but the trams were close. They had by far the most comfortable beds and even in a room of 12 there was a aenae of privacy in how they placed the beds. There is a laundry room but it is expensive and my clothes after two times drying still had to be hung to dry. The kitchen fanrastic. I heard breakfast was good but I couldnt afford it.
