If you're looking for a place with great international atmosphere, to meet bunch of people from different parts of world, and have great time - this is place for it. :) Staff is great, place is nice... Though not too central, if that's what you need. It takes a lot to walk to the center, but with metro is few stops. This hostel is really really great; clean, and tidy; everyone's friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is they don't offer free locks, so you gotta buy one yourself.

The location is super far from city center, like literally far if you ask me( definitely not within walking distance). The staff (new one, like from India or sth) is rude and unhelpful, with no smile and giving no information. There isn't much atmosphere where you cant meet solo travaler but this is a more laid back one which is residential area and you could get waaaay cheaper food, the restaurant next door, Pexxxx sth is super nice!
The staff were exceptional. Very helpful with every query. I stayed in a very spacious 12 bed female dorm and the linen & pillows that were provided were very comfortable. I was especially appreciative of the individual curtains on the side of the bunks to add more privacy. The all you can eat buffet breakfast is worth the 150kr. The courtyard has a very relaxed vibe, very leafy and comfortable. It takes about 15mins by tram to get into the city. One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. :-)
It was great as every year, bathrooms could be renewed once..:)

Best hostel i've stayed at in Europe, classy place, great staff, garden out back with a bar and lounge downstairs. Great for solo travellers!
The hostel was pretty good. The location is about 30-60 minute walk from old town. However you could just take the tram which would be faster. The staff were great. Wifi was a little bit slow in the rooms. Overall pretty good stay.
The name SIR Toby's is fitting - this hostel should be in the knighthood of hostels! The staff are perfect, the atmosphere is so friendly, and the rooms are clean with a good number of electrical outlets and comfy beds! The location is a little out of the way, but it's still very easy to get to the main attractions. If I ever go back to Prague I'm staying here again for sure. And thanks to all the staff who helped me when I got sick and had to stay extra (which is pretty much all of them) :)
Absolutely lovely. Friendly staff, chill vibes, good location. We had to stay in Prague an extra 3 days because of car trouble, and they were quite helpful and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again!
Even if it is not exactly central, you just take a tram and get to the center in 15 minutes max. It was awesome. Staff super friendly, the hostel is beautiful, the gave all kind of attractions in the early hours of the night (all kinds of games, free pancakes nights, free barbecue, and etc). The best all you can eat breakfast for only 6€ (you fill full for almost the whole day). Thank you Sir Toby!
great hostel overall. location is not so good, but that makes a better atmosphere at the hostel. easy to meet people. breakfast is expensive though...
Amazing hostel, great value for money and has a lively atmosphere! Have to get long trams into town though which can be a problem when going out at night when they don't run. Really enjoyed my stay
Toby's. One hostel to rule them all. Rooms are not only high quality stuff, they're also incredibly well designed. More than you can expect really from a hostel. Breakfast is paid, but it is awesome too. As for the staff, I met Nuno and Camila which were absolutely first class, and then another guy named Richard who was a little awkward but he was helpful anyway. The bar is great, you meet great people, tram is near to go anywhere and they have almost anything you ask for and more.
Great hostel, best I have ever stayed in! Very clean and the rooms are very smart. Location isn't perfect but it's SO easy to get the tram into town. Takes 10 mins. Best value for money breakfast too with a DIY pancake and egg station. The in hostel beer tasting was also hilarious!
One of the best hostels I've ever been to however I had an exceptionally hard time getting to the town centre. Every time to and from the hostel a simple trip proved extremely difficult and frustrating.
Probably the best hostel I've been. The atmosphere was really nice, the bar have really good prices, the bedrooms are clean and big enough. All the staffs are friendly and helpful.
Everything is good. Fast Wifi, Good environment, they have all kind of activities everynight. good music in the bar, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Strongly suggest to stay even it is not in the city but you can get to city easily by metro and tram.
I stayed in the 12 bed room. Good things - the free bbq was awesome! The bar was cheap and beds were pretty comfy. Bad things - the 'lockers' under the bunks were huge and annoying. Also, this 12 bed dorm had to share 2 bathrooms and a toilet with another dorm room so it was always a wait to shower.
Would definitely return here. Good atmosphere and sick layout
