Ideally all rooms should have AC because almost all tourists dont mind paying a little bit extra for that feature.

This place is fantastic! Close to all the action but not right on it so you don't have to listen to it when you want to sleep. Rooms are like up market hotel rooms with big windows and balconies over looking Bangkok and they're spotless! the staff are lovely, the breakfast is excellent, the wifi works perfectly in the rooms and the price is excellent compared to what's available in the area. I will definitely stay here again.

Two very good stays in this guesthouse. The service was excellent. The rooms are good and clean and sanitary too. Only 60 baths to go to Wat Po and Grand Palace by taxi. Seven 11 near. Several trips departing from the hotel are proposed (like the floating market).

A VERY nice place. Walking distance from Kao San street, so you are close to the party-zone, but far enough for it to be in a quite zone. Nice breakfast, and really helpfull staff. Seven Eleven really close is usefull to!

I was very happy with my stay here. The room was beautiful, air con nice and cold and a decent breakfast. The staff was very helpful. The location was perfect for us, in a nice quiet part of town but a ten minute walk from khao san road and the river taxi.

We loved this place and have decided to return there when we come back to Bangkok. The lady who owns it is lovely, the breakfast is great, rooms immaculate and lovely comfy bed and sheets, nice hot shower. The hostel is about 10 minutes from Koh san road so it could be closer but for us it was perfect as was so quiet...had some great nights sleep! Would def recommend this place but not if you are into a party scene. We look forward to returning!

The room was big and clean, but there weren't any blankets so we were happy that we brought our own.The shared bathroom was okay and was cleaned every day. I would recommend to book a room with AC or it will be ver y hot .The breakfast in the morning is simple but nice (eggs and toast). The hostel is located a little away from the main road,so it is quiet but also not very safe. Some girls in the hostel got robbed on the street of the hostel at night. You have free Internet-access which was nice.

This hostel is a nice get away from Khao San as in it's not directly on Khao San (but still only a five min walk away). Loved the room, loved the staff. Great for couples.

nice staff, just a 15 min walk to Khao San Road, quiet place, quiet at the end of a little soi. the staff was nice and we had free internet access. the room was clean but as we looked a little closer we saw that the bedsheet was dirty. the door to the balcony was a bit damaged, but it was a great place to rest a bit with a good view. a good place to stay for the first two nights in Bangkok

Excellent location away from the busy/loud Ko San Rd area but close enough to walk there in a short time. Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Shared bathrooms are very clean and there is one on each of the 3 floors, so if one is busy you can simply go up or down a level to another. Will definitely stay here again when I am in Bangkok.

A great place with lovely staff, our room was beautiful and when we had to leave early for a day trip they thoughtfully packed us take-away breakfast!
