we would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a quite ,comfy and cheap accomodation

We loved our stay at Sivarin Guesthouse. Being a family of four with two young daughters the guesthouse was perfect for us. Quiet, safe and extremely friendly. Good basic breakfast included as well. Such a shame they will close their doors in October this year due to the building being sold. The owner has opened a new guesthouse in what looks to be a lovely old house in the Khao San Rd area called Laksameenarai Guest House. The staff from Sivarin will transfer to the new business which is great.

Anuncha from Sivarin Guesthouse has e-mailed me their address in Thai Language before we go. We printed out the address and showed it to the taxi driver. This is the best way to avoid getting lost since we don't speak Thai language. Thank you Sivarin Guesthouse. The moment we stepped into the guesthouse, the first impression it gave us is SIMPLE but CLEAN. The staffs are friendly. Breadfast is provided: toasted bread, fried egg, sausage, jam and butter, tea/coffee. I like Sivarin Guesthouse.

A fantastic, clean and comfortable guesthouse in a perfect location just 10 minutes from the Khao San Road. Not a particularly sociable hostel but great staff, outside seating area and a very homely feel The Manager got up at 6am to let us in for our stay the following night! Would definitely recommend, was the most homely night of our stay in Thailand. plus you get a delicious free breakfast.

Good budget hostel, friendly staff.

Good things: clean, cheap, lockers, staff very helpful. Location is really nice if you want to avoid the noice of Khao San or Rambuttri (like 5-10 mins away walking). Things to improve: place aircon instead of a fan, and common areas (have a bar, but zero vibes)

A good and peaceful hostel. The staff is really attentive. Well located and they have a relative good breakfast.

No air con, two fans - one completely broken and the other occasionally broken and very very noisy, massive pillows which broke your neck and a very hard bed, shared bathroom which was clean. We booked two nights but got delayed so only stayed one but still got charged (not very understanding) and too expensive for what it was. Staff was friendly.

Walking distance to khaosan road but not in a super touristy spot which could be good or bad depending on the experience you want. Very helpful staff and clean rooms.

Tucked away from the busy streets, but still within walking distance to the ferry and Kho San Road. Wifi was touch and go, clean, and nice breakfast to start the day.
