What a warm, welcoming place awaits behind the dilapidated exterior! Irakli has created a wonderful oasis right in the heart of Old Town, with comfy rooms and an inviting, interior veranda. But he is the real draw - he provides a wealth of information on Tbilisi and on Georgia in general. Will definitely stay here again.

The place has got real character plus the owner, Irakli, who also looks after the place, is a real gem. He not only knows about the places to go, but he also makes sure that your stay in Tbilisi and in other parts of the country is what you are looking for. When we went to Mestia he even took the trouble of waking up at 4 am to book us a taxi that would take us to the place where the marshuthkra left from at 6 am. Highly reccommendable!

Irakli was wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help. The rooms were very clean; cleaner than most hotels that I've stayed at. The location is great. It is right in the centre of Tbilisi and around a lot of food options. Irakli ensures that you have an enjoyable stay, he even has complimentary metro cards for his guests to use. I would definitely return here the next time I'm in Tbilisi.

This is a place with a certain dilapidated charm, but the rooms are modern and very nice. Don't be scared by the entrance!

This is a unique and special place to stay tucked away in the heart of old Tbilisi which has a warm welcome, comfortable beds and a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The landlord couldn't have been more helpful - we really felt at home here. You share a bathroom/toilet, which is accessed via a lovely old open balcony and there is a well equipped kitchen for the use of guests. Just the sort of place we love - Perfect.

Did not like the way the management unilateraly cancelled the booking and left us stranded a day before we travel.
