I drove and there was plenty of parking nearby (have to pay for it, but it was only around 10 euros for the one day). Close walk to the T, cheaper places to eat and drink compared to old town. In the basement so it can feel a bit enclosed, especially the chill room/kitchen as there are no windows there Plenty of toilets and everything is kept up nicely.

+good location with nice bars and cafes nearby +cleanliness - There were 4 internet computers but none of them worked - Next to a busy street, not good if you have to keep the windows open -Situated below street level

A good hostel. Decently prices for Scandinavia. Located in a yourhful/hip area. Would stay there again

Everything was really good. The facilities are wonderful. And if you want to party in Söder, this is a great option to stay at. The only problem was that even though we made a reservation through hostelworld, when we got there they did not want to respect the price we payed for (even though I showed the confirmation email), arguing that the website was wrong. In the end they offered not to charge us for the blankets, which was nice but it is still bad to announce a deceiving price.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hostel provides you with yOur own locker with a lock included. The hostel is located near a metro station. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is also a grocery store across the street. I would stay here again.

The room (as a room) was really clean and pleasant but the fact that it had no windows was making our stay quite miserable. the isle (corridor) to the rooms was really smelling bad the whole time. Finally we met three people in the reception. the first two were nice and helpfull. The third was reluctant to provide us with any information about the city.

This was my favorite hostel I stayed at during my five week trip through Europe. The facilities were always clean, the staff was always friendly, and the other patrons were really cool. I can't recommend Skanstulls highly enough!

Pretty standard hostel in a great location (Södermalm area, a hip and awesome part of Stockholm). Clean, convenient, and the staff were nice. Just a couple of warnings: 1) the locker in the rooms is not big enough to store a suitcase, just a backpack. 2) You must arrive before 8 PM, otherwise make arrangements to get in through the side door. 3) The kitchen is mainly open all night, but there are certain times (around 7 am?) when it is closed -- best to keep a bottle of water in your room.

Really nice and clean, the kitchen is a great place to meet people. It's quiet but there is a friendly vibe. Only annoying thing was that the stove in the kitchen can't be used after 11pm which was frustrating for some people.

Nice and clean hostel. Not in the city center but still in a good part of town and very close to the metro. Shower facilities were just ok but the kitchen and common area was very nice. Good price for Stockholm standards as well.

Location is safe, clean, great. I didn't put excellent, because it is away from the center of activity for Stockholm. It was easy and quick to get there, but after staying in Gamla Stan, the old city, this was a little too far away for my liking.

Hands down, the best Hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff is excellent, the facilities are top notch, an amazing kitchen, perfect vibe. Loved it!
