Unfortunately the weather was very bad when we were here, but the hostel is goood! Big kitchen, big dining and common room... Cleanliness OK! Overall a really nice hostel in a fab. location on a hill overlooking the Skellig islands. The only minor thing I would say is that the rooms are not insulated enough against noise so you can hear people talking next door. Also, despite the rules asking to respect other guests staying there after 11.00pm at night, anyone out drinking late can come in and make as much noise as they like. It seems to be up to the guests themselves to ask them to be quiet which should not be the case I think.Overall a really nice hostel in a fab. location on a hill overlooking the Skellig islands. A lovely modern hostel in a great location with excellent facilities and spacious dining, kitchen and sitting room facilities. This was a very nice hostel, incredibly clean. Not for a young person to go to as it's really aimed for older people and families. Also, don't come if you don't have a car, because the only thing thats close is the beach.This was a very nice hostel, incredibly clean.
