they have a badass kitchen, but no place to lock your belongings. the location is perfect, walking distance from everything..

Small bathrooms and showers but good kitchen, eating area and chill out room. Rooms were large and spacious but no lockers :( no way to safely store your stuff but front desk will hold onto stuff for you (we put all our valuables together in a laptop case every day to take up to them to store in the backroom). Staff was always on hand to advice or helping out. Great location!! Right by bus stops and across the river from temple bar - super close to anything you'd want to do/see.

The bathrooms were very dirty, but the rooms are fine. The people working there are very kind. The hostel is in a very good place, near temple bar, in the city centre. If I come back to Dublin, I would choose this hostel one more time.

Great hostel. The staff is awesome. Every evening they organize something. From french cheese and wine via Irish dancing to free burgers. They also went partying with us and know all the nice spots in town.

had a great time at the Liffey! In a perfect location right across the river from Temple Bar, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, pretty clean bathrooms (locked bathrooms for ladies), and great staff. When we were there, the staff put on a free ice cream and cookies night and then a free wine & cheese night. great hostel--would def recommend!

Character wast as great as expected. Nothing special.bathrooms only on 2nd and 3rd floor and no bath mats or privacy. Shower doors do not close properly! I had gum on my the head of my bed by the corner. The floor was crumby and dirty and dirty dishes everywhere. I was the only girl in a mixed dorm? Mixed boys and girls plural. With people that I think loved thre! Staff were more concerned about eating food than their guests. Not worth 20 euro I payed to stay. Also very noisy with the pub behind

A bit dissappointing with little to no events going on in the common room.

Bathrooms were clean. Showers were really tiny and room was cramped but the friendly staff and generous free breakfast made up for that easily.

Very average hostel. Pretty dirty and some of the shower doors were off the hindges. I have pretty low standards where it comes to hostels but this one reminded me a bit of a bro house. Just don't expect much and you won't be disapponted.

Good Hostel...needs Lockers and more charging capability's in the rooms....sometimes 4 power outlets for 10 or more beds...Ok Wi-Fi but computers are paid for. Linen is included, the bedding is comfy and the kitchen is good. 24hr staffed desk at the entry point and the central location makes this a great hostel...

Only 5 mins from Trinity college and 10 mins from Busaras busstation. Friendly people, good kitchen, good breakfast for 3,- and nice that i could store my luggage before check-in and after check out, right by the front desk and locked. My bed was quite squeeky, but comfy and the ensuite was clean.

Floor boards are very noisy. It is bad enough making noise in your own room but the floor above us were so much noisier, no one could move around and not be heard. If you intend on only partying and not sleeping then this hostel is suitable for you. My only other complaint is there are no lockers in the room. Other than that, the bathrooms were great, the kitchen, dining and living areas were sufficient and staff were very friendly.

The staff at Sky Backpackers are exceptionally pleasant and helpful at all times. I find the left luggage facility brilliant because I often have things to do in the city before check-in and after check-out. Well done to all at this hostel.

Great Location. Huge rooms - very clean. I stayed twice - once on 3rd floor and once on 1st floor. 3rd floor shower had poor water pressure (same as most hostels in Dublin). Will be going back end of the month - staying again on 1st floor, which was excellent.

Good location, really secure dorm rooms. Bit hard to find as the larger sign out the front has a different name on it but all in all a great hostel!

I ran into a person who were quite prejudice against Americans. The person had never been to America himself which was quite ignorant on his part to label when he's never been or met many American. The prejudging of people especially when he himself is working at the hostel shows a sort of ignorance that is out of place. This put a damper on the trip as a whole for me.
