The room had a window that did not close properly, The traffic noises were so loud I could not sleep all night. Breakfast? It consists of just a big doughnut. I left a complaint note to the attendant, he was going to give it to the manager, requesting 50% off the rate charged. Will they contact me? Tree days have gone by I haven't heard from them.
It's close to the beach (5min) but directly in a main road (noise!). You can not cook for yourself (though promised in the property information) since there is no dish at all (not even cups). Very dissapointing!!! For the included breakfast you have to go to Momo Hostel (2 minutes walk) to get a coffee/tea and one packaged croissant there. Also very disappoiting!!! We went to the near-by groceries to have fresh pastries. Could have been cleaner. But staff is nice.
Nice Hostel, good location, enjoyed my stay... but they should upgrade their hostel by adding Air-Conditioner...
Very nice staff, in the centre of town and only a block from the beach..
This place was great. I basically was out all night exploring the clubs but the staff was still there to help me when I arrived around 6 am. The rooms do NOT have AC though so try and get a top bunk so you can turn the fan on and open the balcony. Also free coffee and sweet from Momo's which was an added bonus. Love this hostel, it's really hot, literally. ;)

the personal is friendly. The location is excellent, one block to the beach. about the cleanliness, the last day was better
Only one ladies shower, only one basin in the middle of the floor! The boys had two showers and basins with a door! No paper towels at the wash basin. The toilet was dirty! seemed like it was getting worse with every cleaning. Staff was ok, but not very helpful! They didnt even think of helping me getting my very big and heavy suitcase up the stairs to the second floor! The staircase was very narrow and there was no elevator! Walls seem like made out of paper, noisy!

Was noisey being on main road but staff very good
I reserved a 6-bed female dorm. The website did not list a 6-bed mixed dorm, only a 5-bed and a 7-bed, so when I was given the key to a room with 6 beds that was occupied only by another woman, I thought it was fine. At around 1 am my second night there, I was awakened by a loud group of guys. When I complained to the management the next morning they said they had mistakenly given me a mixed room and gave me the key to an actual female dorm. Also one night I overheard a guy harassing a girl
Was way too hot in the dorm rooms. For a place in the middle of Tel Aviv in summer, that needs to change!
I stayed in Sky Hostel for two weeks in May 2012. I was very pleased with my experience there so I stayed again for two weeks in June 2013. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable, so if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. I have often asked for directions and recommendations, and they have never steered me wrong. The location of Sky Hostel is perfect. It is situated on Ben-Yehuda, a street with many bars, cafe's, restaurants, and 24-hour convenien
