The lady that checked me in was lovely. The hotel is right in the city centre. Great for going out. The room was quite large with all the amenities you could need. Great price too. Quite frankly I\\\'m appalled that on arrival my booking wasn\\\\\\\'t even on their system. They had no rooms and spent over an hour trying to sort myself and my 3 friends out with a room in a nearby hotel. As it was a friends 30th and we had all travelled a long way we weren't impressed. Could you please send me the address to which I make a formal complaint as I would like to progress this. When I arrived,there was an annoying girl at the reception and I had to wait for an empty room becase they told me that the check in time was 3pm which I was not told.. Then I came back again and there was another reception who was quite helpful and friendly..it is ok for 1 day staying.When I arrived,there was an annoying girl at the reception and I had to wait for an empty room becase they told me that the check in time was 3pm which I was not told.. When we arrived at the hotel we gave them our booking reference number and told them that we had booked two double rooms with an en-suite. They made us wait for half an hour while they 'checked' it and then asked me to show me the confirmation email on their computer. Once I had they told me they could offer me one twin room for 4 people, we paid for it but when we went to the room there were people already in there. We ended up in two single rooms, sharing a single bed between two of us.
