When we arrived it was very dirty, there was no toilet roll, and things we were expecting were not in the apartment - no hair dryer, or bottle of champagne as promised. I told the hostel this after we arrived, they didn't rectify this until until the Saturday night - we were leaving Sunday morning so it was a bit late then! Also it said we were above a bar, but we didn't expect it to be so loud, it was impossible to sleep until after 4am when the music stopped. Very disappointed.
