My only problem was that the walls was a bit thin and you could hear people walking from the upper floor. The people there, mostly young were really friendly all of them and I had much fun. Also it's near Kyle of Localsh train station, 40 minutes walk.

Need to install extra toilets and showers. The queue to get into one of them in the morning is just unbelievable.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hostel & we appreciate the good grades :-) We're sorry about the wait for toilets & showers, it can get very busy if everyone has the same showing schedule! We hope this won't put you off visiting again sometime & we hope you enjoyed the Isle of Skye :-)

The hostel was amazing! great breakfast as well for only 2 pounds. the toilets had a bit of trouble flushing. The location was good for getting to Skye but a bit far out of the way for getting around Skye since the buses were so infrequent. Loved the place though!

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review & we're glad you loved the hostel! We appreciate your comment about the toilets, we will have a look at this but sadly sometimes it is just the joy of plumbing in these quaint buildings. We're sorry the buses didn't allow for more exploring while you were here, maybe next time we could suggest getting a few people together & renting a car or maybe organising a day tour & then you could hear some of the fun history along the way. Take care & hopefully we will see you again some day soon!

One night stay here was awful. cold, wet, and smelly in our room. you may cant take a shower 'cause you could only get cold water .. plus, staff was rude! overall, NIGHTMARE!!!!!
