We were supposed to stay in another hostel and suddenly they took us to another place where there were only Chinese people speaking very little Italian. The stay was OK but not what we expected.

It's a little bit hard to find, there are no signs on the street at all.. We had to ask around. The staff were accomodating and pretty friendly. The room wasn't as clean as I would've hoped, but we didn't spend much time there. I trusted the staff and it was good security, plus the breakfast place around the corner was nice.

We had a great experience. Our room was really nice and the staff was excelent. Great shower and a very nice bathroom. It is a bit tricky to find but that was because of the city maps. we are going back next time we are in Rome.

This hostel was acceptable. The situation was a little strange however: when we arrived at "Skywalk" we were led up to the next floor which was "Chicca Rooms." The staff was friendly, although they initially tried to charge us the city tax times four. This may have been a language barrier/miscommunication, but still a little shady. Breakfast was included, which was nice. The facilities were not the best- shower did not drain properly and the toilet did not flush very well.

Well, it was good to find 3 beds instead of 6, but the day after suddendly I was surprised to find 3 beds more in the same room. In my opinion the room was too little for 6 beds and, sincerely, 27€ per day is not a few money.

Very convenient location. Short walk from Termini train station. The hostel is even closer to a subway station. Nice view of part of the old city from our room. thanks for the local restaurant recommendation. The food was excellent.

“ I loved this hostel, whilst it was not modern and as up to date as most hostels, the rooms were large enough and the staff were incredibly friendly. You also get a free breakfast and dinner in your stay. Which is great as the kitchen isn´t very big. The wifi is available everywhere even in bed and the hostel is a block to the tube and a great big supermarket!

Very nice, quiet and spacious room. Next to Piazza Vittorio (which is much safer than it looks) and Metro A station. Termini, many major sights, shops/supermarkets in walking distance. Comfortable bed, everything perfectly clean, enough bathrooms and a charming and helpful young couple as hosts. Heating, WiFi etc. all worked fine. In addition to the very competitive price I was lucky to find a special online offer and even had breakfast and a fabulous pasta dish for dinner included. Excellent!

We came to the hostel probably 1 hour late that was our mistake. First the phone on the hostelworld website is not working. Somehow we went in by help from other flat people. Then we tried to call the number mentioned on the door of the hostel. We stayed for 1 hour there from 10.30-11.30am, nobody came and picked up the call and finally we had to book some other hostel. It was horrible service and at the end we had to pay double ways.
