Very poor experience at this hostel. Skywalk didn't have my reservation in their system, and didn't even have the "twin private rooms" I booked online. The guy tried to charge me the same amount for an 8-bed dorm. False info online: no included breakfast. Very poor wifi. They ran out of towels! Lukewarm showers. No keys -- you have to buzz in every time. Also check in time is wrong on hostelworld. They are closed from 11-4pm. Only pro - close to vittorio Emmanuele metro station. Avoid!
