Good. But I have question. I don't take back deposit to my bank account. Please give an answer.

When they say check in finishes at 8, they mean it, I arrived at 8.02 and fortunately the guy saw me ringing the bell as he walked away and came back. The day I left I was greeted by a note saying that the hostel was shut that day so there was no possibility of leaving your bag for the day- my back's still paying the consequences now. A fair walk from the station too. Electricity cut out for some reason one morning though and that was fixed without fuss (by the time I came back that evening).

There is nothing fundamentally wrong with this hostel, it's reasonably well placed and within walking distance of the centre, shops, train station, etc, there was a toilet en suite to the room and perfectly comfortable. The chap who showed me in seemed nice. But for 30€ a night? Sod awff.

The key we were given could not lock the door from the inside but only from the outside. Other people in the hostel could lock it from the inside so it must just have been our key. We were the only people staying in our room on our last night so we didn't feel very secure and because the reception was only open at times we were out during the day, we couldn't ask anyone about this. I found the hostel comfortable and clean though and we enjoyed our time there.

The wifi did not work my whole stay. The lockers require a specific size lock and the hostel was out of locks to loan making me leave my stuff unsecured. The bathroom was unclean and funky. Stay down the street for 5 euros more at the B

In a cool area, walking distance to the main part of town. Each room has a walkout balcony which is rad.

It's better, then it is seen on pictures. Historical part is very close. We've been in April, and there was heating still. Recommended.

My locker did not fit in the gabinet, I think they should change it to one that accepts the traditional lockers or lend it for people who need.

A good price. Dorm was clean and warm (while it rained and was cold outside),and the bed was warm and comfortable. Staff was friendly. It took me about 15 min. to walk to the city center, not bad. It's also next door to a little supermarket and 4 min. from a university bar. It had one power outlet in dorm bathroom, and two in the common area. The only awkward thing was the toilet seat wouldn't stay up, so you'd have to hold it there with one hand while you go. Wifi okay, but free.

Need to fix the broken shower! A bit of a trek from the station, but fine for seeing the city center.

I really liked the hostel, in a quite central location, very clean and nice! Staff was very friendly, the guy waited for us even though we arrived a bit late. One negative note. The towels you provided were very dirty! Thanks for your time, it was a pleasant stay!

Authentic place, quiet and convenient to stay with all the facilities you need while traveling. A bit far from the city center but not very.

definitely it was nice hostel. we didnt like (feel very safe) at neighborhood at late night, but it was easy to find by bus from stazione and at walking distance from downtown. there was no kitchen and no tea making options. no luggage room but we were allowed to leave luggage at our room and pick up it at late evening.

Nice hostel with nice rooms! You get your personal key and you can enter and leave the room whenever you want. But in the bathroom a toilet brush was missing. That´s disgusting in the end!

Staff were mostly not on site which was inconvenient at times. Bathroom needed a drain as it got flooded after 1 shower.

No heat during the winter, was very cold at night. Also did not have hot water, nothing worse than getting back in the evening and not being able to take a shower after a long day. Also the bathroom was very dirty. Worst hostel I stayed at during my two and a half week trip in Europe.
