The bed kept hitting my head. And the sockets are funny: A dorm for 4 only has 3 electricity outlets and they are located where is far away from convinient. You have to wait in lines for charging your devices. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

The hostel had no facilities to prepare food or even make a coffee. It is important for travelers to be able to prepare food, a simple sink, microwave and electric kettle would make all the difference. They certainly have the room for it. There wasn't even a glass in the room. The staff on arrival we disintersted and unhelpful. The walking tour was fabulous, thanks Yass.

The good: The hostel had an excellent location, and a very good atmosphere. Rooms were huge and comfortable, with multiple windows and a nice view The bad: There were no towels or soap provided in the shower. The bathroom had no ventilation.

Place was clean and the room was good. Walking tour was the best I ever had with Jaz . Wifi and breakfast was great. It's a short walk from all the bars and restaurants but literally right near some amazing shopping. Great place :)

Only stayed here for 1 night before our flight out of Brussels, but the hostel was very much like a hotel. Very clean and organized, large common room on the first floor to mingle with other guests. I stayed in a 4-bed dorm and it had a toilet and two showers, which was awesome.

There was noise 3 night ourt of five in the hostel and this was not policed. There is a sign in English in the rooms asking people to be quiet after 10. It needs to be far more prominent and in more languages. The staff told us as we left that groups paid a €300 deposit which they lost if they made a noise. we did not know this or we would have reported the groups 2 of the nights. The walls are not soundproofed, so you can hear people taking at normal volume. The hostel needs a kitchen

Best hostel breakfast I had from 4 hostels stay in Belgium. Can't remember anything else standout, good or bad

The staff is, in general, average, not better. But the lady that extended my permanence for another day was very rude. I asked her for an extension (double room) and, after confirmation, I asked for the discount promotion (which I saw at hostelworld). The lady said NO. Said they were full. She even open Google translates to translate "full" to portuguese. Very bad-mannered. As I accept to pay the same as the other day, as I was in a hurry. She extended my permanece. Very discourteous.

Not a social hostel or good one to meet people. Bit dirty

The place was grand - we only stayed the night! The beds were good as was the location and breakfast! Lockers were very small though.. All in all it was good for the nights sleep!

The location is good, near the Brussels Nord. Some good option of food nearby. 10' walk to major tourist attractions - Grand Place, Maneken Pis, Cathedral...

Sleep Well was brilliant. The room had lots of space, the shower had lots of hot water and pressure, the internet was fast and flawless. The only annoying thing was the lockout period from 11-3, but if you're a tourist it shouldn't be a problem (you should be out seeing the world!).

Good location, close to Noord Station and easy to find. At night the streets were empty, but we have walked around without problems. Great breakfast and big rooms. Wi-fi and free computers avaliable too.

The general hall is a bit noisy, especially when a group of kids is playing tabletennis. Furthermore, we woke up by the sound of closing doors of the neighbours on the 4th floor. Bed, toilet and shower was of good quality. Also the breakfast was nice with enough variety.
