Honestly probably the worst hostel experience I've ever had. It's very clean but really impersonal and institutional. There were a bunch of pre-teen kids running around the halls the whole time, and the wifi was expensive. Would not go back.

We just stood for one night and it was great! The room was perfectly clean. The building is still under renovation but the room was clean, simple and quiet.

I don't say the staff are good. Because,it depends on the staff if you feel good or not. Someone was very helpful. But, Someone is so bad. Anyway, it's an average hostel. I'll recommend you another hostel. There are a lot of cheap hostel in the center of Brussels.

If I had to do one critic about Sleep Well, it is about the doors: for a hostel in which that much people (mostly young on the top of that) share the same room, and who don't necessarely come together and therefore don't always sleep at the same time, it is a pity that the doors can't be closed silently. But apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay there!

The hostel was a surprise! Very clean, recently renovated and beaultiful. I just didn't like the fact that the internet was paid. Why something like thin in these days? The rest was great.

It is really clean and spacious, which makes it more like a hotel, just with more character. However, there was no free wifi which really bothered me a lot. When I gave feedback about it, the staff told me a few other places for free wifi which I found really helpful. I understand that it's still new, so it doesn't have a proper fridge to put food, only a small one at the reception. There is a microwave but no kitchen.

Close to sites, brand new renovated rooms, decent prices. Breakfast was very basic, but it was something (bread, cereal, tea/coffee). Not a bad place to stay.

Everything was perfect. The only thing we didn't like was that they didn't provide towels and soup or something similar.

There was no kitchen, the breakfast was the worst we have had after travelling for 3 months and there was no free wifi. However the room was nice and newly renovated and the staff were really helpful and nice.

Very expensive and the staff is not passinated at all, very noisy in the night and the bed is so hard that we cannot fell asleep. The free breakfast here is not good, without eggs and cheese. Worst of all is the wifi here cost money and when we bought half hour for 1 euro, we foung that the wifi is not stable at all!!! Really not a good place to go..

A very clean central hostel. Great value for money, of course it would be way better, if there was free wifi !

VERY expensive hostel (though it seems most in Brussels are) located quite close to Gare du Nord. No kitchen, breakfast is bread and various jams, bad coffee, and corn flakes. Bed was comfy, happy there were lockers and bathrooms in the dorm. This place was fine, just seriously lacks character - also no common room, so hard to meet other backpackers. The one receptionist couldn't be bothered to answer my questions; it was like pulling teeth. The next was much nicer. Not too bad all in all.
