staff were very nice and knowledgeable..the room was clean and secure, exactly what one wants in a hostel.

They have electronic keys for the rooms, luggage storage room. The stuff is nice and helpful, the hostel is environment friendly, since is inviting the clients to recycle the paper, plastic etc. During winter the rooms are really worm, maybe too much sometimes;)

Very good position, is more like an hotel that an hostel, very very clean!! Very nice the strips in the hall!!

Very good hostel, enjoyed my stay.

The temperature in the rooms was too hot ! Too much heating ! In the rooms, there is one heater that you can turn off, which we did, plus floor heating which was impossible to stop. We had to open the windows to get the temperature cooling down. The good point is that it means the hostel thermic insulation is good. But you could save more energy by turning the heating down. Good temperature is 19°C. We liked the quietness of the hotel. It was very calm. (31/12/2011 and 01/01/2012)

Pretty nice place. Cheap most of all. Clean. It had a weird smell on corridors but not a bad one just. funny. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are very hot tho we turned off the heat. Good place to stay, overall.

Great hostel, great location, very clean! The only problem is that they charge you for wifi.

Just stayed for one night. Must stay that the staff was very rude. After watching the staff giving me no acknowledgment of my presence at the counter for 5-10 minutes waiting to checkin, I asked if anyone was working there. I received a very rude comment that cant you see I am working. Clearly the staff seemed disgruntled and overworked with no interest in professionalism. Bad impression of the hostel from start. Facilities and location are fine. Lockers are very small.

Amazing stay at sleep well! Very clean and comfortable. It had a family vibe though do not really a huge party hostel. Fantastic security lockers in the room and lots of storage. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The overall facilities were good, a little bit worn, like our door knob was slightly falling off and required a little work to open. But overall clean and spacious.

The location was great, the beds and sheets were clean and comfortable, the rooms were warm (stayed in December) and the breakfast was ok . The only complaint that I have is that the showers were a little gross. They were clean, but the actual shower heads definitely need to be replaced. Other than that, it was a great hostel for the price!

This hostel was perfectly located. The security was nice inside the hostel, however you are located in an alley behind the city centre, so it is likely for weird behavior to occur, such as fights. The free breakfast was satisfying for it being a free breakfast. Also it was very obvious that they took cleanliness seriously. Would go back again!

it was good! clean, good breakfast, confortable beds, near the metro, we got free wifi because it was christmas.

Nice hostel, good location, walking distance from the centre of Brussels. Would definitely stay there again.
