The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I stayed here they had been completing some refurbishing, so there was barely anyone else in the hostel, and the rooms (though really nicely redone - I booked a 4 bed dorm but was upgraded to a 3 bed room with single beds because of the work they were doing) smelled like paint and didn't have the lockers put back in them. But that was all fine. It's a nice hostel, in a not central but more interesting location.

If you don't take the poor location into consideration it was a really lovely stay.

Bathroom was old and yuck, limited showers. Rooms were scummy with graffiti, bunks stacked three high. Lockers and bedding was provided for each guest, wifi worked well in our room (closest to common area) The common area was nice, and the highlight of the hostel.

Sleep in Heaven is absolutely fantastic! The directions from the main train station were very clear and we found the hostel easily despite it being dark and rainy. The staff welcomed us at the door and explained everything in perfect English. They have lots of games and the cozy atmosphere makes it very easy to meet other travellers. Unfortunately there is no kitchen but they do provide dishes, utensils and hot water free of charge. I would definitely recomend this hostel to my friends!!

The atmosphere is amazing here and the common area is where this hostel shines. We had a few drinks at the bar, hung out, made new friends, played games, and explored the city with our new friends. It's really a beautiful place to meet people and have a fun relaxing time. However the rooms are too cramped with far too many people sleeping in basically a tiny box, and it's still pretty expensive for what it is.

Overall really good hostel, bed was comfortable enough, bathrooms were clean, lockers were nice and big, distance to 'downtown' about 15 minute walk, 30 min walk to main train station. Staff was helpful, would definately stay here again.

A very pleasant experience, and one I'd definitely recommend. However, it would of benefited from a hairdryer in the showers, and enough lights for all the bikes they're renting - it's dark out most of the time!

No hot water, the stuff was not very friendly and rooms were quite cold. And WHY there must be a kind of disco with loud music every evening??!! Not nice, if you want to get some sleep! And no kitchen!

A very nice hostel, with a good spirit in the team work and the people staying there. I will repeat

Super fun Place with a pool table and a bar!!! Thats all you need. Very surprised by the wifi speed and the lockers they offer as well as you don't need to bring bedding! 5-STARS *****

One of the cheapest hostels in Copenhagen, due to the location on Nørrebro, a bit away from the main attractions. This neighbourhood though, is really nice, and the metro and city busses is not too far away.

Loved this hostel. Every part of it. The location is a bit of a drag, until you realize there is a metro just 5 minutes walk from there, and you soon learn of just how much value you get for your stay there.. I would stay here without a second thought the next time I find myself in Copenhagen.. str8 up

This is an excellent hostel. Stayed here for a long weekend, 6bed dorm was very roomy and the lockers were big enough to fit a suitcase and a backpack. Happy hour is a blessing because they don't allow you drink your own booze in the hostel. Met loads of friendly travellers, definitely a place you can find people to party and drink with. It is a 20min walk from the city center but it's in a gorgeous area all its own so dint worry. The staff are lovely and helpful, the music is very good.

For the reviews I was expecting a more than average hostel, while, I really liked the hostel. The common room is really cool and great, there is a lot of information about where to eat and what to do around (and they are pretty good!) and the breakfast was great! Just didn't like much of the the environment of the shower, while evertything was really clean. The location is bad for going to the city center, takes like 20 minutes walking and there is no kitchen :(
