Decent hostel, the lack of kitchen let's it down little though. Nice communal areas but do need more toilets and showers and I'm personally not fan of the 3 layer bunk beds.
Overall a good hostel. If you're travelling on a tight day to day budget and don't want to spend money on hiring a bike or public transport expect to be walking long distances to attractions and city centre.
Large busy hostel, walkable to the centre of town. Staff mostly very enthusiastic and helpful. Cheap bar, decent wifi, good size lockers. Breakfast not worth it. All in all would go again.
I had a great stay in Sleep in heaven. The staff was really friendly, and overall the hostel was clean and secure. I also liked really much that bed linens, wifi etc. was included.

I really enjoyed staying at the hostel. The staff was always friendly and the place very nice to hang around. The only thing I'd like to add is, that the bathroom was not that clean and I think the carpets made it even worse, as everybody is walking around with shoes - better to leave them out :)
Average, but overpriced for the stated quality. The toilets AND showers stank like old pee. The showers did not have a mop or a cloth to dry out the floor. They charged a returnable deposit for the key without confirming. They didn't give some basic information during check-in modalities. My room (beside the smell of sweat) was in a completely different part of the building, behind four doors. The bar is overpriced. All this aside, wifi was fast and free parking was nearby. Staff was friendly.
We've had a decent stay in the hostel. As it was quite expensive, I was a bit disappointed to see the (also very expensive) bar and the disappointing breakfast option. The staff was nice, but the atmosphere in the hostel just did not feel very outgoing. The toilets and showers were fine, although I have to note, that the whole building is quite noise-sensitive.
Really cool vibes, nice facilities, was a bit surprised to not be staying in the main hostel but in another building further down the road. Staff were SUPER friendly and helpful and gave us awesome tips on flea markets and cafes. Yay!
I really enjoyed this hostel, I don't think I've ever been more comfortable in a 12 bedroom dorm before. The way the room is arranged with small walls in the middle is absolutely brilliant. Someone played with Lego's to set this up. *winks* The breakfast was extremely satisfying and the staff are just so sweet and helpful, it's nice to have people help you out as much as they possibly can without question!! To sum it up, beautiful hostel, fun people to chat with and you won't regret coming
This was the worst hostel I've stayed in so far. The bathrooms and showers were always filthy. The shower room for ladies was painted black (for a reason). Moldy shower heads in 3 out of 4 showers that could easily have been cleaned but was left unattended for my entire stay. It was impossible to tip toe and move quietly in this place. Beds, floors, everything squeaked at the slightest movement. Heavy doors slammed shut. Sounds echoed in every space of the building.
the stay in this hostel was great. even though i only stayed for a couple of nights i can state this: the showers are very nice. dark tiles and single cabins. no grease or yucky stuff and big mirrors and hairdryer. so that's a big plus. toilets were fine and clean. there are private lockers in the room that open and close with ur room key so u don't need to buy or bring a lock. for cheep money you can rent a bike for the whole day. the only downpoint is that there are no kitchens.

Sleep in Heaven was the most lovely hostel and an easy walk/metro ride to everything. The staff are lovely kind people. Check-in was super easy as was getting linens, towels, breakfast, etc. The hostel's main room was a great meeting point for guests and has one of the best happy hours in town. The rooms and facilities were very safe and very clean. I highly recommend Sleep in Heaven to all travelers!! I loved how the hostel had suggestions of where to brunch, drink, etc. Amazing experience
Main issue was lack of toilets and showers. One of the few toilets was blocked most of the time we were there
Really fun place to catch a drink in the evening. Staff was always friendly and ready to help. Happy hours every evening makes it a great deal ! would definitely stay here again !

Cheap and nice hostel. Dorm room is super small and bed is bit uncomfortable, though here is CPH. can't complain on this price. atmosphere is great, loved happy hour.
Amazing hostel and amazing city. The only downside of the hostel is the location. Otherwise super clean, friendly and helpful staff!
Location isn't bad. First impression of the hostel is great. Beautiful and spacious common area. Good service provided by all the employees. Average room, average beds, but with good locker security as well as for the room itself. However, we had to walk from our room to the showers through the common area which is not nice. Showers and bathroom are shared by both men and women--this is not ideal. General cleanliness was average.
I missed only one thing there. And it is a kitchen.
Staff was great, girls in the reception were very helpful and nice, especially Carolina. However cleanliness was not the best, and facilities are too old, they need restoration.
