It's hardly a sleep in heaven, that's for sure. Though the common areas were large, social, and got very loud pretty late at night and WIFI access was decent (only in the common area though, not in the rooms), everything else about this hostel wasn't all that great. The rooms were a decent size and the lockers are convenient, but it could use some sprucing up. The rooms looked dumpy and very much like a jail. The bathrooms were decent but could use more cleaning throughout the day.

The Hostel is really clean; the staff are polite and young; the wi-fi is fast and i think sleep in haven is one of the best hostel in Cop!

The lounge room was clean and comfy but the rooms were very small and dusty. The beds were not so good. The staff was very kind and helpful! The location is out of the city center but the metro station was close.

Not bad for a copenhagen hostel. If you can afford a deluxe six bed dorm over a basic one then i say do it- better value for money. Staff were really good with answering questions and they also have bikes for you to hire- recommend this for copenhagen.

Very late check-in time, it would have been nice if you let us know beforehand. The rooms have thin walls, so I could hear everyone walking in the hall in the morning. The showers have very weak water flow and the room there is very cold. Our room had blinds but couldn't close all the way down so one could look into out room from the garden. The breakfast is a little boring and it would be nice if some fresh fruit were available or some other choices other than sandwiches. Otherwise very good!

I like staying here! Everything is very good and highly recommend this one!! The only con I can say is wifi didn't work welll in the room - need to carry your device to the common area. Generally, this hostel quite value the money for short stay in Copenhagen!

Good hostel, worth the easy busy trip out of town. Recommended.

The rooms and facilities in the main building are very depressing compared to the facilities in the new building. One mixed bathroom with 2 toilets for more than 50 guests...

If travelling alone (or not), the common area is an easy place to find new friends.

OMG 2 toilets in the old building!?

Alright hostel, could be worse. Really noisy doors and too few maleshitters. Staff should hire another person to work late shift to avoid long line for bar treatments. Clean rooms and nice backyard to sit and relax.

Good relation price/quality , but there are some uncomfortable rules (actually, stupid rules) like you can not use common areas between 2 and 7 am ... personally, I need to work after 2 am, because I am from Chile and my staff in Chile work after 2 am !! ... the people from the hostel offer to me work in the toilette room !!!! come on !! the place is cheap, but you can not offer the toilette ... another issue, internet does not work at rooms, very bad.

it feels quite unsafe if you sleep on the top berth of a triple decker bed that without any 'handlebar' next to the bed. Meaning there is no support or nothing to stop you from falling off from the bed that is approx 2m height.

Everything here was great. The room was lovely and bright and the washrooms/showers were always clean. My only complaint is that the soap in the bathroom was never refilled. The bar in the main lobby was fantastic and I met a lot of fun people. They offered a happy hour where beer was buy one get one free.

Not a difficult place to find. From the Airport take the METRO, not the S, to FORUM. Facilities are above par and the premises are quiet and clean. Large common room with excellent free WiFi and a basic bar. It is the most expensive hostel I have stayed in for a sharing dorm but this is Denmark and it is expensive full-stop. A good location to the west of the city centre.

Very nice hostel, very clean, the staff was friendly and it's located in a really cool area of Copenhagen!

Really great atmosphere, and in a cool neighborhood. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The triple bunks kind of suck and the rooms don't have a ton of space, but the lockers are big, and accessed via a key card. Not having a kitchen is also a downside, but there is a ton of space to bring food in. Great value for the money though, especially since linens are included.

Everything about the hostel was great, especially the atmosphere and location. However, I really wish they had a kitchen, or at least a fridge. A public fridge would do wonders.
