Cozy, cafe-like common area. Generally clean and nice, helpful staff. Not in the centet, but easy metro ride away & probably walkable, if you like a long walk. Only downside was there's no kitchen -- you can get hot/cold water though. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
Hostel was pleasant, the lobby/common area was nice and relaxing to hang out in and seemed fun during the Happy Hour. The bathrooms and showers were lacking in cleanliness and could have used a few benches/shelves to place your things while using them. Floors seemed really dirty most of the time but the beds were nice and the lockers were great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was good but not great. Can walk (lengthy) or use public transport to get to main attractions/nightlife.
Only bad thing is that there is for upper bed : you have to jump in and out. Also you can fall at any time of the night.
We had a great time. The bathrooms and hot water were great. The linen and towels of an excellent quality and the staff were very friendly. Showed us places to go on the map.

I would have liked a plug at my bed, but that wasnt a huge issue. very nice common area with great music playing at a comfortable volume. bike rental was nice as well. i would definitely recommend this hostel!
A very nice looking hostel, easy to find and not even too far from the city. The common areas were fantastic and the staff can help you with most anything, renting bicycles etc. I stayed in room J and it was insanely hot, especially during the day, and had a bit of a funny smell, otherwise I can't complain about cleanliness, the toilets and showers were really clean too. A kitchen would be nice.
It was a very nice stay a this hostel. The common area is very good for socializing. The showers were refurbished so they were new and clean. Definitely I would stay again.
Its not very convenient when the reception is separate from the accommodations, but I think the price is equal to the value.
The common area was nice and the staff are very kind. The only tiny problem was the water in shower room was not hot enough. But I still recommend to staying here. The breakfast was also very good.
We had liked to have a kitchen. That's why it cannot be 100%. Sorry. But your staff is just extraordinarily kind.
My sister and I stayed for 4 nights in two different rooms (6-bed female dorm for one night, 9-bed mixed dorm for three nights) and found it really comfortable and "hygge." Quite clean and well-kept, friendly staff, lots of recommendations for things to do in the neighbourhood, fast wifi, inviting common area, great happy hour, delish snacks available, nice shower facilities. We loved the location and would definitely recommend staying here.
Brilliant. Very hygge.

Oh the cushiest lounge area with a pool table and bar upstairs. Large shared bathroom facilities. The 6 bed mixed room has triple loft beds so I hope you like heights. Great location near the metro station. Would recommend.
great for: security, friendly staff, fair priced drinks, comfy beds, lockers, common area, atmosphere, washrooms are nice needs improvement: more selection of drinks, advertising what activities are around (everything was run out of the bar and so if you asked they were a great help but otherwise you had no idea about walking tours or bike rentals etc) heads up: there is really no where to eat around the hostel, eat in the city center, which is quite a walk
I had a great stay thank you!

Upon arrival there was a long wait and only one person available to check people in -- aggravating when you need to get somewhere ASAP. To my shock and dismay, there are NO KITCHEN FACILITIES which means NO REFRIGERATORS, completely unacceptable when hostels = having kitchens!! My room was in a totally different building. Location not the most convenient to get onto public transportation. They booked extra people into my room and people were noisy at 2am when people are asleep!!! Don't recommend
Sleep in Heaven was a nice place to stay. It was in a good neighborhood but still a ways from good shops or bars. It was safe and clean but I felt like there was a social atmosphere that was lacking from the space. You weren't supposed to bring your own alcohol into the common area but the alcohol they sold was too expensive and the common area was far from my room. It was excellent but not extraordinarily life changing, but maybe Copenhagen isn't that type of place.
When you first pop in you think "Oh what a nice hostel". They have a pretty nice common area but then it already starts at the reception, the staff is not friendly at all. After you got over this first impression you can move into your room, or better to say into your supply closet. Round about 9m² for six people feels like sleeping in prison not in heaven. The mold all around the window frames and the "lovely" view out of the windows right on the ground of the street is making it "perfect".
Really nice place. Not in the city center but close to metro stop--only one stop away from the center. Very clean and well-managed.
