This was the worst hostel I've stayed in so far. The bathrooms and showers were always filthy. The shower room for ladies was painted black (for a reason). Moldy shower heads in 3 out of 4 showers that could easily have been cleaned but was left unattended for my entire stay. It was impossible to tip toe and move quietly in this place. Beds, floors, everything squeaked at the slightest movement. Heavy doors slammed shut. Sounds echoed in every space of the building.
the stay in this hostel was great. even though i only stayed for a couple of nights i can state this: the showers are very nice. dark tiles and single cabins. no grease or yucky stuff and big mirrors and hairdryer. so that's a big plus. toilets were fine and clean. there are private lockers in the room that open and close with ur room key so u don't need to buy or bring a lock. for cheep money you can rent a bike for the whole day. the only downpoint is that there are no kitchens.

Sleep in Heaven was the most lovely hostel and an easy walk/metro ride to everything. The staff are lovely kind people. Check-in was super easy as was getting linens, towels, breakfast, etc. The hostel's main room was a great meeting point for guests and has one of the best happy hours in town. The rooms and facilities were very safe and very clean. I highly recommend Sleep in Heaven to all travelers!! I loved how the hostel had suggestions of where to brunch, drink, etc. Amazing experience
Main issue was lack of toilets and showers. One of the few toilets was blocked most of the time we were there
It was just what you'd expect from a new Hostel in a such a nice part of town in Denmark. Quite stylish interiorand unfortunately still not quite enough places to hang out for everyone. But I guess there was just such a high demand because it was just so "hugge" (cozy) in there. Lots of places and very nice bars nearby and the city centre ist still in walking distance. Very nice staff. Not too many showers and (just) one hairdyer. But I never had to wait too long or any of them.
Really fun place to catch a drink in the evening. Staff was always friendly and ready to help. Happy hours every evening makes it a great deal ! would definitely stay here again !
Cheap and nice hostel. Dorm room is super small and bed is bit uncomfortable, though here is CPH. can't complain on this price. atmosphere is great, loved happy hour.
Amazing hostel and amazing city. The only downside of the hostel is the location. Otherwise super clean, friendly and helpful staff!
Location isn't bad. First impression of the hostel is great. Beautiful and spacious common area. Good service provided by all the employees. Average room, average beds, but with good locker security as well as for the room itself. However, we had to walk from our room to the showers through the common area which is not nice. Showers and bathroom are shared by both men and women--this is not ideal. General cleanliness was average.
I missed only one thing there. And it is a kitchen.
Staff was great, girls in the reception were very helpful and nice, especially Carolina. However cleanliness was not the best, and facilities are too old, they need restoration.
The staff was very friendly, the room was a little bit special, because there was a 3 person bunk bed. The last bed was extremely hight, but it was okay. The showers are for male and female, the water was cold when i was having a shower. The hostel facilies was shabby chic, i loved it I would stay there another time
The staff were awesome and the muffins you guys sell upfront were great too. Thanks for the stay!
Nice hostel in a nice area. Staff weren't super helpful and seemed annoyed when we had to ask them stuff but the hostel was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The hostel is about 30 mins walking distance from city center. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Good value for money. I will stay here again.
Nice hostel. Its about 20 min to walk in the city center and very calm.
The common area is very nice but the rooms are cold, ugly, old, dark and crowded. The baths are small and only few for lots of rooms.
