The staff are so helpful and great! I got in early and was happy to wait but they prepared my bed for me. They help you with any questions about activities, transport, whatever. Breakfast is so good, too, fruit, cereal, eggs and tea/coffee! Definitely recommended!

Amazing time there! Ronny and he's family were a huge help. From arranging to pick me up at the airport to recommending the best food places in the area. Ronny even recommended how to adjust my itenarary and refunded me money as well as set up a room in a dfferent town. Would recommend staying here.

Our room was nice and clean and the staff very friendly. It was nice to eat our free breakfast on the terrace with a good view overlooking MonteVerde. We would definitely recommend Sleepers Sleep Cheaper to other travelers.

The hostel has just changed buildings. This one is bigger and bether located. The staff is nice to talk to and very helpfull.

It was very difficult for me to find. There were no signs to indicate it, the directions posted on hostelworld are outdated and I did not receive an e-mail with a map and directions as the owner told me is customary. Perhaps it is because I registered through hostelworld and not directly with the hostel but this was the only thing standing in the way of a highly enjoyable experience.
