GREAT place! Would 100% stay here again. Wonderful location and the owners were SO nice and helpful. The yummy breakfast was an added bonus!

This place was very noisy and we were kept up most of the night for both nights we stayed. This place is more for people who sleep all day and party all night.

Nice family atmosphere. Our room smelled a little musty but maybe that is because it is always so damp there.

The security was pretty basic, but it was not an issue, since the area was pretty safe.
Otherwise it was in a great location in town, a 2 minute walk from downtown, close to the supermarket. The rooms were nice and comfy. The breakfast was amazing! Plus you were allowed to use the kitchen at your own convenience and cook your own meals. A great cheap place to stay in Monteverde!

Best breakfast of any hostel I´ve ever stayed in. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

this city is currently very difficult to get to from the volcano area. the roads are mostly unpaved and littered with rocks and potholes of all sizes and shapes. its doable - and the city is nice, but patience for poor road conditions is a must. truthfully there are probably nicer places than this, but value wise its still worth it.

Although there was a mistake in our reservation, they were very accomodating and helpful. Some rooms are awesome, some are just fine. The family is wonderful and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful!
