I can\'t recommend this hostel highly enough, a real home from home. The owner/manager goes out of his way to be welcoming, friendly and informative. Sleephere felt like a home away from home, which all thanks to the owner. Great atmosphere and a comfortable night sleep.Sleephere felt like a home away from home, which all thanks to the owner. Great atmosphere and a comfortable night sleep....Close

I like it. The host is really nice and the house is lovely, an ancient maison de maître renewed and clean. Everything makes you to feel at home. The only problem is the distance from the centre, but if you don't care to take public transports it is a very good choice.I like it. Karel and his dog are very nice. The hostel was safe and welcoming. The only problems with the hostel were that it was a little far out of town (45 minutes by tram) and that there was only one bathroom which was inconvenient when everyone needed to shower. Awesome place, great owner. A little out of the way, but it's in a really nice area of Brussels. The only comments I have is that, for the price, it would be nice if breakfast included cold meats, cheese or eggs instead of just bread, tea and coffee. Also, there is sort of an odd noise coming from the pipes in the dorm. Don't let this keep you away though! It's probably the best hostel I've stayed in.Awesome place, great owner. It was so much more than I expected! Having read all the previous comments, I was really looking forward to meet the host Karel, and it was a real pleasure, he\'s an amazing person. There\'s this vibe at sleephere that instantly makes you feel at home (and yes, Karel\'s dog is absolutely the loveliest!). Breakfast is fantastic, comfy beds (stayed there 2 nights and slept better than in my own home). Karel is more than helpful, very friendly.. I can\'t find enough good words, but it was THE BEST!...MoreIt was so much more than I expected!
