Can be reached by catching Tram No 92 on the Rue Royale. Get off on second stop along Chaussee De Charleroi. (2.50 Euro one way). Cross the road then down the Rue de la Source. Sleephere is on the right hand side appox 100 mtrs down. Place is closed between 1pm and 6.30pm. Owner is very friendly and will give you an excellent map. Help yourself breakfast available until 11am. My stay marred only because the two I shared with snored excessively but that's hardly the fault of the owner.

This is a bed and breakfast, not a hostel. Therefore it is lacking in hostel atmosphere. But what it lacks in atmosphere it makes up for with everything else. The owner Karel is friendly and welcoming and the house is a real pleasure to stay in. If your looking for a comfortable, quiet nights sleep then this is the place to go. I enjoyed my stay here. Note: Make sure you let Karel know if you're arriving between 1pm and 6pm as he is usually out of the house during this time.

I was not expecting this hostel to be this wonderful. The staff is so warm and friendly you will instantly feel as if you are part of the family. I highly recommend staying here if you would like to have a warm bed, feel safe, and relax. The atmosphere here is beautiful. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

It was a great hostel with a very friendly vibe. It was a little hard to find because there is no official sign for the location, but other than that it was great. It is close enough to walk to almost all of the sites, but far enough away that I felt like I got feel for "real life" in Brussels. The owner was very friendly and helpful as were all of the guests. I would recommend it and definitely stay there again if I'm in Brussels.

This is seriously one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. Karel and his beautiful dog were wonderful. I didn't want to leave, it felt like home. He was so helpful and warm. His home is warm and charming. I have stayed in many hostels but nothing compares to this. You won't regret staying here and I will definitely return to Sleephere when I return to Brussels. Thanks Karel.

Nice familiar house with a very helpful host and a lovely dog to pet. We stayed there two nights and found nothing to complain about. It is worth the price if you like to be in a cozy atmosphere. The owner is there always for your questions and you will be surprised by the sized of the house and the garden.

The hostel is very clean, the owner is almost all day in the hostel, and ready for answer your questions. But Actually, I almost felt like in home, with free access to the kitchen, dinning room, everything... But the atmosphere is not like of a normal hostel, is like a house, with many foreigners inside. Is not bad, but is not the hostel where you can have everytime your beer around. The other things, were great. I recommend it.

This has to be one of my favorite hostels of all time - and I have been hostelling for 25 years. An absolutely beautiful house - a charming host! I brought my 15 year old daughter to Belgium - this stay at the hostel added a dimension to our trip and for her that we did not get anywhere else - conversation around the dinner table we a delightful array of south American and Eastern Europeans. Absolutely lovely!

Wonderful! We loved our stay here. It was just what we wanted after traveling for a month. Just a nice break in a comfortable homely place. I loved the dog! And the other guests were lovely and friendly. Brussels is a beautiful city and easily walkable. Fabulous stay. Would definitely do it again!

I have never been happier at any hostel I've stayed in. Karel was absolutely wonderful, even more gracious than the staff at a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and the kitchen was an extremely welcoming place where you can talk and relax with the other guests. Brussels is a big city, but the location was great too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of staying in Brussels.

Sleephere was a great find - the building is beautiful and the hospitality great. Great location for walking to the metro or into town. The rooms were clean and quiet.

By far the best hostel I've ever stayed in, I prefer to stay there over a hotel any day. If you are in Brussels, stay here! I'll be back to this place for sure...

Very cool house and Karen was an excellent host. My only complaint would be the noise when staying in the Double Superior room. It is right next to the bathroom and the floorboards outside of the room creak very loudly when people go in and out. It woke me up the first night thinking that someone had entered the room....but I did get used to it over the few nights that we were there. I think that the positives definitely outweigh this one small complaint and I would recommend this hostel.
