This hostel feels like home. We were even calling it 'home' during our stay there. Karel, the owner, is very welcoming and helpful, and his 'introduction to Brussels' morning talk, over the city map, is a brilliant piece of condensed information for the Brussels visitor. There are only positive things to say about this hostel, and will definitely stay there next time in Brussels.

The place was just fantastic, Karel made us feel like home he was extremely helpful. The rooms are very big and clean, this is by far the best hostel I've stayed in. The location is really great just close to Louise and 10 min away from city center we did almost everything by walking, I'll definitely stay there again !!! Loved that place

I don't think a cleaner, more hospitable hostel exists. Rooms are huge, the house has charm, and our host Karel is just awesome. Free breakfast every morning was something to look forward to as Karel made sure to keep the food well stocked for his guests. Not a party hostel but more of a bed and breakfast that brings together interesting travelers from around the globe. Very intimate setting made it easy to organize group outings and share tips. Bit of a walk to the center but a fantastic find

Couldn't recommend this place more highly enough. It was my home away from home! Karel is amazing and will start by offering you a hot drink and introducing you to the other house guests before helping you out with anything you need. Is home is massive and so warm, lovely and cosy. Read your book by the fire, have a glass of red in the yard... Amazing! And such an easy environment to meet people. Do it! Book it!

One of the best hostels I've stayed in my life. Karl is adorable, the house is beautiful. Breakfast is included and it is delicious. I would DEFINATELY stay here again. I fully recommend it. Good place if you are travelling alone.
