Sleeping Inn is a very good hostel. Each room has it's own kitchen, something you don't find in hostels very often. The hostel offers a lot of nice things to do: there's a big gaming room, books for everyone, a nice pool and a big TV. I especially liked the movie nghts with BBQ and of course the big night out. All in all it's a very clean hostel and the staff was really friendly, helpful and open-minded. I will definitely come back! ;)

Very good hostel in a nice location. Rooms have their own fridges and kitchen, nice pool area etc. Great atmosphere, free entry to clubs etc. Free Internet comes in very handy. Could use some lockers in the rooms though as for doors are hardly ever locked.

Free car shuttle wasn't working and was told to walk, we ended up getting a taxi which the hostel paid for and gave us a free upgrade to a private room, was very happy about this as we arrived to the hostel not thinking very highly of it.

The rooms are tiny and no air con. Bathroom shared between 8 people. Very dirty. Kitchen shared between 8 people and too dirty to cook in. But they do have free wifi and they store your bags for you for free. There are no lockers though so you are relying on the good nature of the people you share your room with. Good location too.

Great hostel with something on every night! Staff were very good but smoking facilities could do with some repair work or replacing, more cutlery, plates bowls and cups would be good! Other than that cant really fault the hostel.

Booked in for 1 night but ended up staying for 5 nights! As o lone traveller, some places can be hard to integrate into, but the staff were pretty cool and got me involved with some drinks to break the ice. Rooms are standard for a hostel, but spent most time in the pool anyway. Awesome place - would defo recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfy and we liked the appartment style however the room we were in was ridiculously hot at night even with the windows open and fan on full so we got very little sleep which was a shame. We would stay hère again but maybe in cooler weather.

Very unclean, old furnished, painting coming off the wall. Bathroom completely dirty, razorblades and old soaps, it seamed like the place had not been cleaned for weeks. Found chewing gum on the bed and on the sheets. Staff wasnt really interested in working things properly. Do not recommend!

The building has a great location however it is very old and the facilities are dirty and not well taken care of. Everything is very torn. Also the service isn't that good. We arrived at 11AM local Gold Coast time and were told our beds would be ready by 12. We left and came back at 3PM and our beds wwere still not ready. We were then given two dirty sheets to put on the old beds. And the rest of the linen (pillow and etc) were waiting for us on the dirty floor.

Great location, super close to downtown. Nice setting with kitchen, rooms, restroom. Only problem is 2 toilets and 1 shower for 3 room (10+ people). I enjoyed the $7 all u can eat Dominos pizza night. There's a pool, TV, pool table. Need to pay for internet which is not good. Overall, I'd stay here again. My roomies were great!!!

WOW great place in OZ. Would like to go back right now. Had the best time ever and met so many nice people. Loved the little flat we were in. Very differnet to all those big dorms and massive/messy kitchens in some other places :) It's like having your own little hostel family. I would always come back! Thanks to the very polite guy at reception for sorting out my trip too.

Had booked a double private, this came with a shared kitchen/living room. This was fine until the second night when the living room became someone's bedroom. Kitchen adequate but could do with a good scrub, bedroom was the same - dirty carpet, hairs on windowsill, mattress and pillows smelt bad - old and very well used. Sofa in living room was disgusting. On first day the staff entered (following no response after knocking)our (locked) room and woke us up, trying to sell us their pizza night.

Staff is friendly. It's located just 10 mins away from the transit centre and 15 mins from the beach by walking. However the cleanliness of unit #2 where we stayed for 1 night and other shared space didn't meet our expectations, especially compared with many other hostels we stayed around the world. And I like to suggest this hostel to fit insect screens to all windows otherwise guests can't open the windows which make the room extremely hot in the summer time.

I stayed at this hostel on recommendation from a friend but i was really dissapointed. Liked the apartment-style but rooms were tiny, BOILING and smelly...no protectors on mattresses and no air con so mattresses smelt! 1 bathroom between 12 or something, which wasnt very nice. I lnow this isnt the hostels faults but some sort of works woke me up at 6am and due to the noise and heat i couldnt go backto sleep. Was relieved to leave

The only place I would stay in surfers paradise, really easy to meet people as a single traveler, always some sort o organised event, is a BYO hostel so is really social and saves some all important dollars. Wifi reaches most of the rooms. Rooms are a nice set up with own kitchens and lounge area - more like a flat than a dorm!! Really friendly staff, thank so much!!
