Sleepy Lion is a very clean hostel but the door card sometimes can not function very well .I only stay there for one night and I went back at around 4:00 in the morning. When I took a shower I found the water is not warm enough. It was cold !! Besides this, everything is good.

Close to the city center (and Hauptbanhof), very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious. I think fee for the linen should not be charged. Poor breakfest for 3,50 EUR.

the value for money ist excellent and the staff was very friendly and supportive! The only thing which is missing (not only me also other guests) is a cozy common room!

We had a fantastic Christmas in Leipzig and our stay in the Sleepy Lion was perfect. The location couldn't be better. We will definitely be back.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful. I really liked the cartoons/pictures painted on the walls. It was very artistic and created a cheerful atmosphere! Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hostel. However, directions to the hostel could be improved, because it is not very detailed, and we were confused when looking for the hostel.

A very nice, new, clean and rather big hostel on a good location close to both city center and station, but in a quiet street a bit outside of the central chaos. Our room, a 10 p. dorm, consisted actually of three rooms and was very spacious. Perfect hostel for short city trips!

Sleepy Lion had all the mod cons. I stayed in the largest mixed dorm possible, but it felt almost like a private due to several sliding door partitions in the room. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure unbelievably good. The staff at the front were very helpful. It would have been nice if breakfast was included, just to create a little more time for hostellers to meet one another.

Great hostel!! It is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also good. Location is very good, it is near city center and near main train station, and near Zoo park :D

Quite a nice hostel within quite a short walking distance from both the main railway station and the city centre. When checking in, I accepted some terms and conditions with my signature, which they didn't offer me to read. (And I didn't ask, admittedly, but still.)

No bad feedback. Really nice place and spotless. We had a massive 8 bed dorm, they probably could have fit another 4 beds in. Also everyone loves a free fuss ball table!

It's a nice hostel... in the city center. walking distance to many sightseeings and main station. down side was having to pay for the sheets.

Good location, not far away from city centre + main train station. It's very clean, but we didn't have towels in the room. We would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at Sleepy Lion Hostel. Resting, meeting new people, room was clean. City is great!

Lately renovated hostel with excellent security and cleanliness. It is located right next to the central station and in a walking distance to the city centre. The breakfast is not included in the room rate.

Great location, and friendly staff. Hostel was kind of stuffy at night even with the window open.
