I strongly recommend this hostel to anyone who wants to enjoy Connemara atmosphere. You feel you're directly in contact with the nature. I loved it and I will certianly come back. I love that place. That place is very close to nature. Lady there was very warm and welcoming. She took personal interest in planning for our day out. Rooms and kitchen were spacious. We had a car with us, so was perfect location and setting. We were there at a quiet time for the hostel, the guy running it was out when we first arrived, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes for him, he was very helpful with suggestions. The double room we had was really big with great bathroom, bed was a bit small in comparison. We had a car with us, so was perfect location and setting. Its a great place to stay when you want a relaxing few days enjoying nature, We were made to feel very welcome by Freda who pbviously enjoys running the hostel and does a great job. Into the wild. If you haven't got a car or a bike reaching Leenane could be a long long road, but if you're looking for peace and a good view, it is perfect. Cleanliness is not the best, just because you're in the nature. Met there a lot of nice people from all over the world and Neil and Frida were simply great!!Into the wild.
