very nice place to stay. Close enough to walk to a few small pubs but you still feel like you are out of the big city. I would go back and stay longer.

Room was clean, but the mould-infested bathroom was disgusting.

The decor in the rooms and throughout hostel looked tired, the rooms smelt musty. Staff very helpful and friendly.   Read Owner Comments

Disappointing that staff didn't seem to know about events happening in the town - even during a big festival! Staff should be more informed about what's happening locally.   Read Owner Comments

I felt this was probably my favorite hostel I've ever stayed in, even though it's my second one ever. The main help desk guy, was probably the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful person I've met. He helped with any questions and issues we had, including transportation to and from the Cliffs of Moher and Aran Islands, recommendations for food, getting cash, and places to visit. The rooms were pretty well kept, a couple of small bugs, but mostly overall an excellent time.

This was easily the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It was very quiet and very pretty for a hostel. If I could give the staff more than 100% I would. They helped us out along every step of our journey and answered any and every question we had. My only complaint was that there were a fair amount of small bugs in the room, though that may be by virtue of the location (somewhat tucked away).

The front desk clerk was one of the nicest and most helpful people I have encountered in traveling through Ireland. He went above and beyond what was required and I hope to meet more people like him during my stay.

It was nice there but we only had cold showers and it was very cold in the rooms!   Read Owner Comments
