The hostel was really nice. Free coffee and tea all day. The breakfast was really poor though, just bread, jam and butter.

we had a room on the 3rd floor (36 I believe). The room itself was okay, just as the ensuite. Only thing is that the room is small, and after sleeping it gets really hot and sleep-stinky. There is no window or such other thing to get fresh air into that particular room, that's the only thing I think need to improve.

This was literally the best hostel I have ever stayed at and I've seen a fair few! The place must be new or refurbished as it has amazing facilities including large breakfast area and kitchen (free breckie), multiple little chill out areas, wifi coverage everywhere, plugs gallore, and both en suites and shared bathrooms. Donna at the front desk was a STAR and recommended a fantastic legit Irish pub with great sounds and grub. Location is brilliant and parking all round.

sStaff were brilliant, all very warm, friendly and so helpful. Really wonderful staff! Well done! Good level of security and the room was absolutly spotless. Excellent value for money! Pity there's no private parking but understandable given the location! Will definatly stay again

Sleepzone was one of the best hostels we stayed at on our trip in Ireland. The staff was very helpful and made some great suggestions on places to eat and things to see in Galway.

This hostel was really nice. The people that worked here were friendly, and they offer a lot of nice tours that leave right from the front of the hostel. It's not too far from the pedestrian street. It also holds a lot of people with a large kitchen/common room area, so it's really easy to meet people.

Close to the city centre. Staff is very friendly and efficient. A little overcrowded and noisy, especially on the weekends. Breakfast is good although they could've provided some cereal and milk.
