The Hostel is wonderful. I only spend one night there but it was comfortable and clean. It was also not noisy during the night and the staff was incredible friendly and helpful. One negative thing I have to add was the breakfast in the morning. I was sitting there with some friends and we enjoyed our own breakfast at around ten and the cleaning staff send us from on place to the other with our whole food. So we couldn't have a relaxed breakfast.

Very clean, great service, excellent and informative people at the front desk that give excellent recommendations on what to do/where to go. certain tours can pick you up right at the hostel, and it's within a few minutes walk to Galway's center. Loved it, will be there again.

Great location, clean, nice rooms, love the common rooms and best of all a REALLY friendly and helpful staff that helped us find our way around Galway when we first arrived. Would definitely recommend this hostel, especially after living in Galway now the past few months! Great place to stay.

I highly reccommend Sleepzone Hostel. large en suite rooms and bathrooms and showers on each floor good idea, good hostel at conserving water green minded, very clean, great location in city still quiet, big kitchen, lovely reading areas, nice idea of all the art prints of irish artists and druid theatre and galway art festival prints on walls and also the hairdyer and straightener in female dorms, exceptional staff first class customer service!. i would definately go back.

All the employees were so nice and very helpful. Even afte you've checked out for the day you can leave your hinge locked up and hangout in the common areas. The people staying there were all really fun too! The location was great too because you're close enough to everything without it being noisy and crazy right outside so you can still get a good nights sleep :)

The staff were really good. With a good knowledge of the area. They have some great tours which come and pick you up right from the hostel which is convenient. Cleanliness was great! Its not got the kind of atmosphere to meet people but I ended up meeting the people in my room anyway. I do have to mention that I was not very impressed to be in the same room with an older man usually by myself majority of the time. Maybe you should look at better suiting room mates. No lockers in the room :(

Loved the stay, the only things that bothered the group were the showers weren't great and the windows aren't fully sealed so the room was very cold.

I decided on Sleepzone because of Joanne... Believe the hype. She is not only information gold mine but also just grand to be around! Shout out to Casey as well for the good convo and humor :-) The BIG kitchen is convenient, and a great way to meet people. Good craic all around.

The staff, especially Joanna is amazingly wonderful. Had a great constant communication before arriving due to changing bookings. Hope the breakfast time is extended later than 10am as not many of us wake up that early.

The cleaning staff are ridiculously noisy. Shouting in the corridors and bashing hoovers off the walls and door. The night porter patrolled outdide our room telling people to be quiet. Nice idea but he kept us awake and should have done it from the front door. Makes more sense. The pillows are beyond flat. Neck was in bits after them. Apart from that it was fine.

The reading lights for each bed are large and almost just as bright as the main light for the room, making it hard to go to sleep if someone else wants to read. The dorms on the street side are extremely loud with street traffic and people walking by having a conversation outside. Almost none of the information the guy at the front desk gave us was correct, which included locations for places to eat as well as quality of stay at hostel. They do have international plugs in case you forgot yours!

Nice place, good location. The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked a 4 person room but were given a 6 person room. There was noise from the street during the night though - one of those little trucks that sprays the street came by at 6am! Bring earplugs in case your in a room on the wrong side of the hostel!
