great hostel, friendly helpful staff, etc, have to say it was all round a very pleasant stay. unfortunately I was a bit annoyed personally about the room arrangements. I ordered a double bed, and technically got one, but it appeared to be a double/bunk bed hybrid, in a regular dormitory-style room- I was expecting a solitary bed, and was a bit taken aback by the arrangements. Still though, only a minor glitch for the other 99% of guests.

Staff made us feel right at home, free towels, really neat and clean, and free Wifi and breakfast (even though I didn't have any). All and all, a really solid hostel.

Very convenient Hostel near from the downtown and also near from a reasonable price car park (4€ a day). Cleanliness is OK. Check-in and check-out very easy.

We booked a double private room and we were given a 4-bed room. We had the room for ourselves but anyway that was not the room we ordered. However, the kitchen was really good (brand new, big one). The common room was very comfortable and there are some sofas to rest. Well located, near the Eyre Square and the supermarkets.

I've stayed in hostels in every continent and Sleepzone is my favourite by far. It's extremely clean and in a great location, quiet but close to everything. I don't know where to even start with the staff - Joanna, Ron, KC and Patrick are top notch. They helped me with booking other hostels and even my ferry back to the UK! Love the new kitchen also, great for cooking me bit of salmon in! I'll see you all in the new year and if not for the races. Cheers , Liam.

I had a lovely stay in the hostel. I work late nights in Galway so travelling home sometimes is quite uncomfortable and after that nights stay I already booked a bed for next week. Location is great, 5min from town centre and 10min to tescos and shopping centre. Staff is really friendly and helpful, the place is clean and safe. There are lockers and CCTV , definitely a place i will stay in again, thanks guys :)

Clean, comfortable, and secure. I love the huge kitchen/lounge area they have. Makes a nice centre, and it's pretty easy to meet people. Staff are amazing.
