About Slottsskogens Youth Hostel
Please note: Slottsskogen Youth Hostel is an IYHF-hostel. All prices are for IYHF-members. Non members of IYHF will be charged an additional cost of SEK 50 per person and night.
Bedlinen are not included in the price, bring your own or rent from us for SEK 55 per set. Sleepingbags are not allowed.
Slottsskogen Youth Hostel is located in the western part of the city centre in the lively Linnestaden area.
We can offer you comfortable living in 4- and 5-bedded rooms. All the rooms are equipped with TV, a hairdryer and an alarm clock. In the shared rooms there are also drawers for your bags, you can lock them with a padlock. In the 5-bedded rooms the fifth bed is a bedsofa. The accommodation is well worth its price! If you want an even cheaper option you can choose our dormitories (12- or 14-bedded rooms).
When you stay with us you have access to a fully equipped kitchen.
You can also choose to enjoy our fantastic ecological breakfast buffet every morning (for only SEK 65 extra).
In the evening, we suggest that you try our sauna, play a game of billiards or why not watch the movie we show each evening!
Most of Gothenburg´s sights, like its canal, gardens and museums are within walking distance. We are located in a very nice area of the city and you will find lots of bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood.
