Very Clean! Great Hostel! Helpful staff! Lockers are underneath bed and are spacious, you can buy padlocks at the front desk for about 5 euro if you don't have one. Very comfortable beds. Great location, Vagagatan stop on the number 60 bus leaves you a block away from the Hostel. Instead of a communal shower and bathroom stalls it has about 6 full bathrooms ( Toilet, shower and sink). Best hostel I have ever stayed in!

During my stay here the staff refused to deal with a violent drunk harassing everyone in the dorm. They choose to ignore the problem. They did ask if "I" wanted to be moved. No I am not the problem you idiots! The drunk screamed in his sleep and urinated on the floor and he was finally moved to another room. The hostel didn't kick him out but waited for him to leave the next morning. Washrooms were shabby, but not dirty. During this time there were also thefts in the male dorm. Terrible Hostel.

Nice youth hostel. If you arrive to Göteborg with Ferry from Denmark, the placement of the Hostel is perfect. Right between the habour and city. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Walking distance to the city centre.

I'd love to come back to Gothenburg and this hostel will be the 1st place I look for a cheap bed for a couple of nights. I'd also like to try the breakfast which I did not try on this visit.

The kitchen was excellent, organised well and kept clean. The beds were comfortable and also clean. My stay was very good though I couldn't get even a smile from the staff at the desk and welcoming staff would have improved my first impressions much! As always, it suprises me how expensive it is to have to 'rent' linen in Swedish hostels, but this is something that happens across the board. The facilities were definitely a cut above, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. I stayed in an 8 bed fe

Very clean hostel. Kitchen is new and clean and there are many bathrooms/showers. 2 of the bathrooms/showers smelled weird but the other ones were completely fine. You can choose your own bunk in the dorms, which is kind of sweet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. It's about a 20 minute walk from the centre, and it's got a grocery store quite close by (although an ATM/bank is not very close).

Thank yopu for the nice review. There is an ATM 100 meters from the Hostel but it is open 7-22, the one open all night is a bit further away. the Staff

everything fine with the hostel, quite large with two separate buildings, atmosphere was quite poor at the time I was visisting however was during late autumn. Good showers and kitchen and good beds with privacy curtains which are always good and underslung lockers beneath the bed. Close to a very cool park but I didnt meet really any people there. Worth a stay for a break plus one of the better budget options in gothenburg
