One of the most friendly and welcoming receptions that I've received from a hostel.

I love this hostel. I have stayed in many hostels around the world but Hostel Slow is the "BEST" The owner Marina, her mother and brother are among the best people I've met. The welcome spirit and the love is beyond love. The rooms and entire hostel is superbly clean. Ms. Marina went out her way and took me to a special shop in Centro . I cannot express enough my appreciation. Thank you Slow Hostel for your amazing hospitality . If you don't stay here, you have missed an amazing opportunity.

If you want to feel like at home, this is your hostel. Perfect position, just crossing the road your at beach. Extremely clean. And the best part, the staff is the best ever. Maria José is really like your Brazilian mom, loved her! And her daughter, Marina, great girl too. Helping their guests in everything to make better your stay. WONDERFUL!

The best hostel in Brazil, and one of the best in all South America. Excellent house with everything you need, very good staff. And the beach is 30-50 meters walking from the hostel, almost near the entrance. It's a perfect place for a long stay, e.g. if you are waiting for the plane.

If you find yourself in Joao Pessoa this is a great place to stay. Marina is super friendly and enthusiastic and provided me with all the information about the town I needed. The hostel had all the necessary facilities and was kept spotlessly clean. I only wish I had a few more days to spend there.

It's a very nice hostel, everything is new, it's well located, and there are common spaces to join other travelers. We spent a great time in Slow Hostel. Marina has a beautiful permanent smile and she was always willing to help. The rest of the stuff is also very kind and doesn't hesitate to help you to enjoy your stay there

Probably the best hostel I have ever stayed at! Perfectly located close to the beach, and with a bus from the terminal stopping around the corner. Amazing atmosphere, the people working there really want to get to know you, integrate you into the group of visitors and help you planning your trips around the city. There is a big table where everyone meets for breakfast and in the evening after the day trips. Bicycles for rent, good breakfast and everything perfectly clean. Totally recommendable!!
