Well it's not the worst hostel Ive stayed at, but definitely far from the best. There were MANY people staying here, ages 10 to 60 it seemed. My biggest complaint was that there were very few toilets for all the people there and they were rarely clean (although the cleaning ladies worked hard, it was just that with so many people it's hard to keep it clean.) The location and price was great for us though. And the staff, although very busy, was kind and helpful.

Good place t meet many new people and also the beds are comfy and clean. Toilet is a bit small though. Overall a very friendly environment. The surrounding area is very happening as well. Close to supermarts and cafes and close to subway

Everything was disgusting, filthy, and very uncomfortable. Throw away the current beds, don't try to cram 18 beds into one very tiny city room, and charge less for the terrible accommodation.

I stayed for one night in the private twin room which was clean and everything you would expect from the price. Staff were very friendly. It was a bit noisy early in the morning and there was no lift but for me wasn't an issue.

Very close to metro station but take around 20 minutes to train station and a little bit far away from main attractions; yet, it's located next to hyde park where is a nice place to spend time. Bathroom is not really good and the breakfast room is crowded.

The bedrooms are very dirty and badly planned. The toilets are very ugly and sometimes you have to take a shower holding the door. If you don't hold, any other person can enter in your space. The hostel is very expensive and don't offer many good options to the guest.

Worst hostel I've stayed in. The bathrooms were disgusting and I slept next to 50 year old men. Smelly and stuffy. Never coming back. Needs an age restriction.

I had a great time during my stay, thanks a lot. Had no problems and the staff was very helpful. The only thing was that not even the locker was safe to leave our belongings, so i was a bit afraid when i left the room. Also, the system to leave the laptop in the reception is not the best, as anyone can come, and ask for a laptop (you should check our key, or document to give away the computer).

The stay was fun but not the best. Breakfasts were just ok but after eating tosts and jam for the sixth time... That was too much. The room was clean and cosy, just what I needed. Downstairs living room was always crowded :) And the best thing - microwave oven :)

It was actually a really nice place to stay and considering it's price was actually great value for money, I felt safe and I felt as though the staff actually cared about how the stay was. I think this is one of the best Hostels I've stayed in- the queuing was a little hectic but that's not really a big deal.

Not enough showers and toilets.the showers are too small and have mold on the walls. Cleaness is not a quality in that hostel. There are lockers in the room but a suitcase cabin size doesn't fit and you have to pay daily to use it. I would not recomend this hostel to anyone.
