I paid 12 pound a night and was very happy with value for money. Beds are three high but that doesn't bother me. Lots of people to meet and mingle with. No oven in the kitchen was annoying, and it gets a bit crowded in there during peak times, but you get by. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you're paying more like 20 pound a night though I would look for a nicer place as there are plenty of other options nearby.

We had a private room which was very modern and nice. It was on the 5th floor, which did not present a problem for us, but if you have difficulty with stairs, that would be a concern as there is no elevator. Also be advised that the linens that are included are only the bed linens, towels cost 5 pounds each, and the free internet is for only 60 minutes for your entire stay. Continental breakfast was toast with butter and jelly, with corn flakes, coffee and tea provided. We bought additional.

- Paint the house - Provide towels - Organize the room number (misleading) - Create a new shower room with strong showers - Provide a much better breakfest (include cheese, ham and yougurt at least) until 10h30. Now there's only butter and jelly and it has been offered few opportunities for those who went out at night.

Bathroom? Trash. The shower was terrible. The room either... very small, no baggage lockers, no space for anything. They have a good kitchen, and the breakfast is for free. Well, it's cheap, that's true. But I won't come back.

Good location but terrible cleanness. Very smelly. They advertise free wifi but you have just one hour free and the internet is so slow that you spend almost one hour trying to acess one page. Locks have an extra cost.

the location was nice and it could have been a really nice stay if there was some diciplin in the hostel crew. there was a group of youngsters who stayed up the whole night and played music and so on.. the crew did not do anything about it.

It was a nice enough place, no problems. The beds have curtains on them which is nice at night when people are turning on the light all the time. But you are nickel-and-dimed a little, and somehow you feel like you're intruding a private party. I did really like the location.

Very good location... but as everyone says it lacks cleanliness and the staff wasn't so sympathetic and friendly.

My biggest issue with this hostel is that they advertised free WiFi and when I arrived I found out that there was no free WiFi. When you are traveling it is important to have a chance to connect especially when you are on your own and I was upset that this opportunity was taken away. I also think that 18 beds in a room is too many and there should be some sort of curfew because I did not appreciate being woken up in the middle of the night because two people decided to stay out.

I´ve booked one room for a couple and before booking I called the hostel to confirm the type of beds and type of room. At the arrival the room was wrong and we informed to them. The manager was really rude suggesting that we were lying and to give back our money, the case had to go to the main administration to value the "truth" of our request. Otherwise that would just give us back half of the money paid. The internetacess is limited and if you cant connect that ask you to go to the starbucks!

The first room we got, which was on the top floor was actually ok, with it's own toilet, shower and everything. But the atmosphere of the place is horrible, the people at the reception only do the necessary as a routine without any further attention. IMPORTANT: acces to Internet is only from 1 room and it did not work for the 5 days we were there. Lockers have an extra cost and make sure you take a towel with you cause they cost Gold. 5 £ Breakfast is hideous. I would not go there again.

Really enjoyed it. Very clean en suite dorm. Curtains to beds for privacy. Apart from the 4 floors to climb, everything was good. Could be slightly cheaper though.
