A fairly nice hostel if you are there only foor sleeping, not so nice to actually spend time there. Some of the staff members were not so nice while others where really helpful and nice.

This place is pretty awful. It is cheap though. Packed full of vagrants and small children. I was not aware it was legal to have huge groups of children staying in youth hostels.... It was cheap though.

pros: cost-effective within due proportions, nice touch with the bed curtains, really well located, clean, 24h reception cons: too bad that the wifi was available in only one room, no towels, poor utilized facilities.

Good location, nightmare of a hostel. Wifi is only accessible in one room which was always crowded and the signal was not very strong. Bedrooms are cramped, linens are dirty, bathrooms are disgusting. I've never used a shower that required constant attention to maintain the water. Save yourself and throw in the couple of extra dollars for a better hostel. I, on the other hand, will try my best to erase this experience from my memory.

More bathrooms, poor internet connection, could work on the standard of breakfast provided, and extend the check-in and check-out hours.

Some persons of staff are not friendly... The showers are very precarious, but at least, the water is hot... The microwave is very dirty.... and when you need charge your battery you need ask in the reception. It is very inconvenient because some times you can not charge your battery when you need... I think that the wifi room of hostel very small.

Fairly good hostel. We have stayed at a 14bed mixed room. It was generally clean and much better than other hostels I have been to. The location is very good.

Very good value hostel, could have a better system for the beds (loved the curtains on them, they give us some privacy feelings hahaha) and also cleaner showers. Aside from that, provided all necessary facilities and the staff was ready to help. And it was probably the best value hostel considering it's location. Definetly would recommend it and go back to it.

The bathrooms were always very dirty and the rooms were overcrowded. The lockers cost a pound, and you had to buy, not rent, towels. Internet only works in one rooms downstairs, and it was always slow because there were so many people playing WOW. The location was good, close to the tube and Hyde Park, but there were people loud and yelling all night long. I've stayed in places that cost half as much and were a hundred times nicer. Not a good deal.

Very nice location, well connected to the underground and buses lines. Close to banks, delies ans restaurants. For those who like walking around and enjoy the beauty of london parks, Hyde park is two minutes far!

I was surprised that not set a time when the calm follows the night. For example, midnight.

It was located next to Hyde Park Bayswater metro station, quite easy to get around. Toilet is frequently cleaned. If you want to pay by card, there's a 5% fee, which is stated on the information page. But ATM is around the hostel. My friend's parents' private en-suite is a bunk room-smaller than I expected. I also can't find the Wifi signal in the wifi area-maybe it's just me. One girl at the reception is very friendly, others can be more welcoming. Generally quite happy about my stay.
