Great location as it's just across the road from the Bayswater underground. Top Geordie fella on the counter, too!

I stayed in the 12 Bed Mixed Dorm for a week. the room that I stay seem like not cleaning everyday. The shower is awful, they are dirty and did not have the hot water always. the wifi connecting is poor in the bedroom, or even in the common room. but the deal is really cheap, so I don't expect more.

The rooms were very cramped and smelly. The curtains around the individual bunks had stains. The location is good for getting on the tube, but not much else. They had good security and a decent front desk staff.

Spent a lot of money to stay in a crappy private room. It smelled and the bunk beds made so much noise whenever we would move. The walls are paper thin and the toilets are awful!! Dirty and the whole place smelled bad. The pictures on the website don't look like the actual hostel.

It's good to get your bedclothes at the reception so you know that they are unused and fresh.... But there are way too lesssockets in the rooms and in the room I was in there was just one window (and it was a 16 persons dorm) so it smelled awfull in there... and when I left thebHostel they didn't have the possibility to keep my lugage for some more hours.

Not even worth the cheap price. Very limited public space. The breadfast was awful. The male receptionist was very unfriendly. And most importantly, the room was DIRTY. My bed was smelly and the quilt had spots on it. I asked the receptionist to do something, but he refused. The place was just terrible.

The hostel is just fine, nothing especial. The guy on the reception desk was very rude and the internet didn't work. The breakfast was awful. Location is very good. The toilet was not good, but since I was there only for a night i didn't bother to take a shower. The staff couldn't recommend us a good place to go at night.

You get what you pay for. When I was there, the toilets where clean. If you want to take a shower, make sure you know when they are most clean. The beds are okay, actually very comfi. The bedrooms are very small and with all the lugagge everywhere there is a narrow space to walk. Breakfast isn't that exclusive, just toast with butter and jam. You can have a wonderfull breakfast just around the corner for very little money. Location is perfect! Within 5 min you have acces to different tubelines!

Wifi very good in rooms accept it's limited on 1 hour! They need to fix doors slapping and noise! The beds are small for person 1,85cm! You can reach with head and feet both sides! Main problem are tourist without culture and respect's to others property and roommates! Sofa in common room is dirty and terrible! IYou need to organize breakfast better! 30 people in 15m2 waiting for toast! if you need dishes, fork, plates ask on reception! Value for money! Keep and watch on your things!

We have only one toilet for 2 floors and I've take a shower several times with cold water. There were strange people every time at the reception, the kitchen was really dirty, so I couldn't cook anything during my stay. The toilets and showers were dirty. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hostel.

The staff was really nice but the kitchen and the bathroom weren't so clean. There was no showers available in my floor and the rooms were really crouded, the beds are too close.

Well I stayed 2 days in 20 mix dorm. I knew the price, so I tried not to expect. I don't know the other room but I can say it was just a mess and chaos. Finally I could enjoy more or less though. I think it's enough just for once or twice as experience. The good thing is that its location is really really good, just nearby Bayswater station. I was quite impressed since we used underground all the time.
