I've stayed here before, its in a great location close to two underground stations and lovely hyde park. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are good for the price. I will definitely stay here again.

The people that clean there were very very friendly, compared to the regular staff.

Staff was very nice and helpful, location was great, but hygiene was not there. So much stuff in the room (20 people) I don't know how they can possibly clean it properly and I couldn't access to the sink in the room because of everyone's stuff everywhere. I could only use the sink in the tiny toilet room, which I found extremely unhygienic. The kitchen was very dirty as well, and then was being worked on but wasn't informed in advance so in the end had no kitchen I could use.

The staff were all very laid back and helpful, the rooms were cleaned and aired daily and the hostel was literally 1 minute walk away from Bayswater tube station on the circle & district lines. The only downsides I could think of were bathrooms and showers being on another floor for most rooms and so small that you didn't have any space were to put your stuff so it wouldn't get wet nor were you able to dress there after taking a shower & the bathrooms were too small for that as well.

I would say this hostel is accurately rated %73 they were renovating the hostel when I was there so there was no Kitchen. The rooms are clean, but the rest of the hostel is quite dirty. Even if they had a kitchen I wouldn't prepare my food there. The rooms all have these "pod' style beds with CURTAINS which I loved. I am 6ft all however and I just perfectly fit into the bed. Anyone over 6ft tall should be aware that they will not sleep well here.

I have stayed here before so I knew exactly what to expect. Rooms are small and cramped with space for a lot of beds and not much more. Its cheap and perfect location if staying in London and you just need a bed to crash in at night.

For under £10 a night i was very satisfied. Fast wifi, hot showers, kitchen and dining area. Too many loud spanish and italians but cant blame the hostel for that. Bread, jam, butter, coffee tea and milk for breakfast, which is nice. Free tea and coffee available all day would be a nice improvement. But for me the best part, individual curtains on each bed! This idea is absolute genius and this alone is enough for me to choose this place over other hostels.

I only stayed one night. It was cheap and close to 2 underground stations. The staff were friendly. They did have lockers in the rooms (enough to fit a medium size suitcase of things) although it stated to have your valuables kept in smaller lockers in front of the reception. All lockers required a payment, £1 - £2 again the place is cheap so additional things will cost. The bed was comfy and had a curtain to pull across which was nice for privacy. I'd stay again for the price.

My stay at HPI was reasonable, at some points I can say that I liked, but in others quite displeased me. Excellent location, very close to the tube .. The rooms are very tight, and many people in the same place, a terrible mess. Little security relationship with my luggage. Would have to pay an extra fee to keep them. To use the internet I had to pay £ 1 per hour. In short, dont stay in allbergue, choose other, please!

Great location as it's just across the road from the Bayswater underground. Top Geordie fella on the counter, too!

I stayed in the 12 Bed Mixed Dorm for a week. the room that I stay seem like not cleaning everyday. The shower is awful, they are dirty and did not have the hot water always. the wifi connecting is poor in the bedroom, or even in the common room. but the deal is really cheap, so I don't expect more.
