Love it! Would 100% stay again, perfect location right next to queensway tube station and has a brilliant greek restaurant across the road (halepi), welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable beds and overall brilliant experience. Hostel also offers discounted tickets to London's attractions (very handy). Highly recommend!!!

Nice place, in a good location close to Hyde Park and underground stations. The rooms where a bit small, but perfect for one or two nights.

We stayed in a double room. it was very small, but clean and had everything you need. Staff was OK. We didn't try the breakfast as we always overslept it. Location is great, near 3 tube stations and also 4 or 5 buses stop there. In two minutes you're at hyde park/kensington gardens. The only negative thing: when it was cold outside, it was freezing inside, as the window really wasn't airtight. And the heater didn't work. But there was a woolen blanket in the cupboard.

Good location but I do NOT recommend: elevator only serves 3rd and 4th floor so if you´re in the 2nd floor be prepared to carry your bags through lots of stairs! But the main problem surely is the CLEANLINESS. In a 6 bed dorm, not once during my 3 days stay the bathroom were cleaned. If I had stayed for more days I would have to fight for it because the situation were becoming unbearable.

This place is in a pretty good location in terms of the tube but isn't super great. The staff was pretty friendly but the breakfast wasn't anything special and for the price it isn't anything extraordinary.

It's by far one of the smartest and most secure places you can stay on a tiny budget. Helpful staff as well!

This is the first hostel that I've stayed in where the staff were not very friendly. It's not a hostel to meet people in, so don't come here alone. It was not worth the money.

It was horrible! We showed up an hour late because our flight was delayed and our room still wasn't clean from the precious guests! We were forced to check our bags in the luggage room so the staff could clean and they made us pay for luggage check when it was their fault! When we walked into the room there was food and trash everywhere and it was disgusting. The beds were gross, poorly structured, and the bathroom was dirty. Paper thin walls and shotty Internet that sometimes didn't work at all

I had really bad time in this hostel, we were supposed to arrive around 10, we got there at 11 and the room we were staying it was so durty, food on the floor, horrible. Breakfast for who is at this hostel is horrible, downstairs and i guess for who pays the private one the breafast its in another place, so much better. they should at least make this clear before.

Wouldn't recommend it at all. I stayed in a 6 bed dorm and the room was so small I felt slightly claustrophobic, plus it was extremely cold and humid. There was no space enough for anyone's baggage and lockers provided came for an extra £1.50 a night. Poor breakfast (cereals and toasts only), £2/luggage to leave it in the luggage room and no wi-fi at 4th floor.

We had a double room in the third floor. It was separate from the dorms, so it was quiet and the view to the little street was nice. The room was small but ok for a few days, and it was freshly renovated, so we felt very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and very clean. The breakfast area was ok, but a bit basic, also the breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The location is good, Bayswater is a nice multicultural area with good restaurants. There are busses and subway stations close by.

Really didn't enjoy my stay here. staff were ok but could have been a lot more friendly. Also they charge you a £10 deposit on arrival which isn't stated when you book and it has to be in cash. They then charge you to use your credit card. The room I was staying in was a 6 bed female dorm there was hardly any room to store bags or for more then 3 people to be standing around at once. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet hardly ever flushed.
