Well located. Helpfull staff. No lift (elevator) for people staying in the hostel just for the ones in the hotel. Good neighborhood. I would stay there again, but only in the hotel, not in the hostel.

Very nice hostel for the money. It's not in the heart of London, but it's in a cool area, and if you have a chance to explore the Notting Hill area nearby, you should. Staff is friendly. There is a great happy hour special at the bar downstairs (.75 pound shots!)

It was my first hostel stay, and I must say that I liked paying the price here better than a London hotel! The breakfast room was too stuffy to breathe, though, and breakfast was minimal. I did like the curtains on the beds, though.

Fine hostel with good location. The rooms are very small, but they are clean. The breakfast are very basic toast, cereal and coffee/tea. Good WiFi which also works in rooms, slow Internet.

My friend and I stayed here so we could take part in the London Moonwalk,I was a little apprehensive about staying in a hostel ( being 40 something!) but Ihave to say it was clean, quiet and in a great location. Would stay here again if we do another moonwalk. The room was newly decorated with a new carpet, tea making facilities, and felt secure. There is a small shop opposite to stock up on nibbles. overall a good cheap place to stay in London

The lady on receiption took a phone call as she was serving me. I ended up waiting 15min while she talked on the phone. She did not even apologize. The bread for breakfast was stale. The bathroom was not overly clean and the atmosphere was poor. I would not stay there again.

The front desk personnel were always very helpful. Their location was convenient to a subway station and to many choices for eating.

I mainly booked this hostel for the location but l have to say I was very impressed! About a 15 minute walk in a nice neighborhood from Paddington Station-- the location is great. It was a little hard to find but we arrived at night. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice, they even included soap and shampoo, extra blankets and a pillow. While the room was a bit small, for the money it felt like a hotel not a hostel. It seems to have been renovated recently as well.

We stayed five persons in a six-bed room, the teenagers enjoyed the three storey beds and slept at top. All was fine, the bathroom was clean, the beds comfortable, for a long person a bit short though, the location was perfect close to underground, buses, Hyde Park and Notting Hill. Good assistance in booking tickets from the counter. So I could stay here again.

Rooms are tiny! 6 people to one bathroom and toilet means that the bathroom has to be serviced more regularly. There was a group of school kids making it very unpleasant for all. Perhaps better supervision by chaperone?

It was a great stay. Room was a bit crowded for 2 but that was to be expected. If and when I return to London, I will probably stay there again.

I choose this Hostel because of the location, and the truth is that is very good! Near to Hyde Park and the undergroud, and of course the Paddington Station. Although, the bedroom was always cold, the water in the shower was never warm. The staff in the reception is nice, not very friendly, but was ok. The problem was the person responsable to the breakfast, she is very rude and the breakfast is also poor. The bedroom is small, but nice and clean.

stayed in a double bed private ensuite - was very neat and clean (both our bed- & bathroom); breakfast options/selection could have been better or be improved, e.g. more tea to choose from/toast toppings, etc. but overall it was good & we were pleased w/ our stay!

I stayed here for 5 nights, the first and second nights I had a group of 5 very noisy guys checking in at 2.30am, then again at 5am and I had interviews the next day. I would say that this is the only negative thing I could feedback on. All the rest was great. VERY clean, nice and helpful staff, internet was working in the room (405) but very weak, ensuite bathroom, cleaner coming every day, breakfast was choice of white bread toast, cereals, milk, butter and jam as well as tea or chocolate.

Staff is extensively awful and really dont care about customers. We arrived at 6am before check in time but we couldn't even stay on the lobby and you have to pay for everything... Towel, locker, outlet adaptor etc... In addition to that the WiFi signal is poor and breakfast is the basic toast and butter milk and hot water. But the worst part are the beds themselves... They are 1.8 meters long with 3 floors bunkers which I've never seen before... Also without individual lights to read etc.

The check in was a little bit trouble as some things were missing from the room/bed of mine. The staff was helpfull and kind. Thank you for that. Best wishes, Eve from Hungary

Pretty decent hostel. AMAZING HELPFUL STAFF. I would stay here again if i needed to. Only problem I had was that it was kind of pricey compared to local hostels.

A great location, near the Underground Station. More of a quieter hotel than a party hostel, perfect for a good nights sleep in a quiet area. Only issue with security was that the staff didn't check our names and bags when collecting luggage from the storage room and anyone could take any bag if they wanted to. Good breakfast, good shower. Would stay there again.
