Hassan was quite rude to us (and the other women he works with). He accused us of not having paid the entire amount, which we had, and wouldn't let us explain it had been transferred through the bank. My colleague and I tried to avoid him the rest of our stay because he wasn't polite. He was the only downside of our stay.

it's an excellent trip in Smart Hyde Park View hotel, but if the wifi sign more stronger it will be better. Customers cannot reach wifi sign on the third floor above.

This place was way over priced and unwilling to compromise with my group. There was 6 of us and we were jammed into a closet.

Cheap, decent location, rooms are extremely cramped and hot. They have triple bunk beds which are not the besg because every time you climb onto it you wake everyone in your bunk up because they're not very stable.

We stayed in the twin ensuite. The rooms are very small but it was always clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was well lit and safe and a stones throw from Hyde Park, Kennsington Palace and the Orangery. The breakfast was sufficient and standard. The location is only a five minute walk from two tube stations that give you access to three different lines. The only drawback is that it is easy to hear street noises at night; light sleepers take note. It's good value for the $

Very nice location, less than a minutes walk to Hyde Park and the neighbourhood seemed very safe. Staff were always helpful and accommodating and the loungeroom downstairs made you feel as if you were staying in a comfortable house. Not a fan of the 6 bed rooms which are two bunk beds 3 beds high. Getting up there was a pain, but only because I was at the top haha. Loved the built-in curtains on the beds, gave you a lot more privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

it was amazing! I'm already telling my friends to go there. it is really cheap and really tidy, the staff is really nice and you can take all your food and drinks to the dining room, 24h a day. I strongly recommend it and will certainly come back!

Free continental breakfast, but no access to kitchen to store your own food or make other meals. Limited storage space for luggage in the rooms; you need to pay to use the underbed lockers. Good location; close to several tube stations and Queensway rd, which has many shops & restaurants. 6 bed dorms have their own ensuite bathroom, which was rather convenient. Overall, probably best value for money in the area, but the lack of a kitchen is really quite annoying.

I found the common area a pretty unwelcoming place. One time at breakfast there were so many people I had to sit on the floor. Triple level bunks were uncomfortable and hard to sleep with so many peopłe moving.

I couldn't believe I can book for hostels at such a good price with this location. Although the beds are a bit small, it is quite comfortable. The only thing I am not so satisfied is the common area. It is quite small and not so warm in the evening. However, they even got a tv and dvd collection there, which is great!

Staff was very rude. They look suspiciously when making the check-in. It requires 10 pound deposit and the staff told me the commission for credit card after the withdraw near petrol station. 2 pounds per bag per day for locker room too much and it is not possible to take anything when you left your luggage once. Beds are too short.

It was VERY cold in the room, despite it being warm in the common areas. Please PLEASE add more sockets in the rooms because we were 6, almost all of us needed to charge mobile phones at night and there was ONLY ONE socket available in the room. We've been unlucky as there was a very old lady in our room who looked almost as a homeless lady who was very unpolite and unpleasant to be around. Apart than that, very clean hostel, very good value for money, decent breakfast. We liked the curtains.
