The six bed dorm room was extremely cramped and there was a lot of noise throughout the night from the hallway, which in such an old building travelled easily, There seemed to be big groups of students running around all night, talking loudly and slamming doors. The showers were dirty ,and you had to pay 1 pound fifty each night for a locker. The hostel is in a good location but its a real business and is very impersonal as opposed to a real back-packing place.

the lights were left on until 1am and not all beds had coverings. the bigger rooms were fairly noisy, but i suppose that was to be expected

The wifi didn't work And the staff were still charging full price to use the computers which I thought was a bit rough. Considering it was a Friday night it would have been nice to have a more upbeat atmosphere, maybe turn one of the three TVs off and put music on. The rooms were fine, but bathrooms had no power points for hair dryers and straighteners (important for girls!).

Clean, smart hostel. Quiet enough to get some sleep at night, even in an 18 bed dorm! Very cheap prices and the quality is much better than I would expect. Stayed in similarly priced hostels in London before and was VERY disappointed.

One of the worst nights sleep I have ever had, but there's only on thing I can really complain about considering the price: the beds are not large enough for a man of over 6foot. Other than that, space is cramped, every time you fall asleep someone usually wakes you up somehow, and in a room of 18 people you will usually have at least one mammoth snorer so you can't get back to sleep, but these just come with the territory. In conclusion I wouldn't recommend to anyone over 6ft.

A bUsy bostel with LOTS of teenagers. Very clean and pleasent atmosphere. Just a quick warning, everying (apart from breakfast) costs extra. Under bed locker, luggage storage etc. beds are abit short and at 6ft i touched it end to end. Otherwise, fine.

I didn't like the vibe at this hostel. It seemed like there were weird people there, and I didn't feel quite safe or comfortable. The showers are just a bunch of stalls all in one room like you might see at a gym, and there's no place to put your stuff while you're in the shower unless you have a lock for a locker. The location is great. The directions on hostelworld are missing a step, so I got a little lost. I liked the keycards for the doors, and loved the privacy of the pod beds.

Location was excellent and staff were efficient. An acknowledgement while I was waiting would have been nice. The room was good and I liked the locker under my bed. The room was very warm, but better than being cold. I am 50 but felt confortable in the hostel and it was good fun. I liked the curtain on the bed, which gave me privacy. I did not have breakfast, as I had made other arrangements.

One of the staff was incredibely rude, when i complained about noise at night! Arent you entitled to sleep? There was alot of noise from 12.30am for over an hour, when i complained the young man said "so what!" This is a disgrace. Do not stay at this hostel. The security guard was very agressive aswell.

It's close to the tube station, the 10-bed dorm was quite nice, value for money. the 15-bed dorm on the basement is not so nice I'm afraid. The kitchen facilities are great for heating up food and cooking etc., very clean too! The ladies who look after us at breakfast are very nice! The common room with two big TVs and pool table (should be free or 50p for the guests I think) is nice 'n' big, generally speaking, not bad at all!

It was an horrible experience, we arrive make calculation we give money , they ask for more money! The room ( a 6 room ) it seem like a warehouse-stockroom, miss a chair - miss a table nothing ! just 2 big bunk bad. The shower were at 400 metres down , 100 step far . In the night we had a vigilant sitting just in front of our room. If you arrive in the hostel and you want to smoke a cigarette down , you cant'it ! If the hostel is complete is impossible to have their "horrible" breakfast .
