Nice Hostel with a great location in the centre of London. The staff were friendly and it had a large kitchen and dining room which was good because it got very busy. The provided breakfast was a nice touch.

The hostel is well located, clean and it has a good price, but they charge for lockers and to keep your baggage after you do your check out, and this is not acceptable. I'll never go back there again because of this, unless they change it.

21/Female/Australia The showers were so difficult no water actually landed on my body it went all around me and turned off in 5 seconds. The toilet always smelt so bad which wasn't the toilet itself but was the toilet paper dispensers. Lockers should be free as there is no extra room to put your stuff at all. Great location though

This hostel is quite impersonal as it is very big. Not very clean and quite noisy, but still a quite good value for money if you want to stay for a couple of days in the center of London.

Staff at the front desk were not friendly nor welcoming. When checking in they only told me my room number and did not bother advising of the facilities or when breakfast is etc.

Possibly the worst hostel I've ever stayed at. Bunks stacked 3-deep. Not even a table or chair in the rooms. Showers in the basement but no use of lockers. So depressing I cancelled my last three days and left.

It would be better if the doors between the stairs and hall close automatically . The doors were frequently open, therefore more noise in the hall. The showers in the bassement were a long way from the rooms.

I found this property with very less comfort. Staffs were rude with no welcoming attitude. I was told to pay £20 in advance as a security and charged me for service to receive money from card. Disgusting. Too many residents with no place to sit. Beds were small and room were not cleaned. I had two beds on third floor and had to come to basement to have shower. I made a mistake to book this hostel. I am disappointed with my experiences at this place. I won’t recommend anyone with family to stay.

showers tepid at best and needed to be re-activated every 20 seconds or so computer internet was not able to be upgraded apparently to more updated verions of pdf viewer or flash player, so looking up train/airport schedules or show listings was problematic only one plug for phones/devices per 8 bunk room

Nice centrally located hostel. The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and the kitchen is really a fine place where you can rest a bit and watch TV. Disadvantages: you have to pay for locker (more then pound a day) what is ridiculous, the water policy and showers in the basement and lack of electric sockets in the room.
