Location is really good and the British museum, pret a manger, a tube station, a nice garden are very near. Staffs were good, especially Mr. Ali was really kind. Breakfast was just around average. Hope there are more kind of bread or jam. Facilities were okay. I had a good time but one day when crazy people entered the room at night, making Loud noise while people were sleeping. They went out after arguing, but some restriction should be needed for those people! Reasonable for the price.

The staff are terrible. We are treated very bad. There is no structure for the people. E.g there is no fridge, coach, table for everybody, the customer service is horrible. I really do not recommend this hostel.

Overall I was very satisfied with the hostel, staff and building/ocation. If anyone rates the placeas dirty/filthy it is NOT due to the staff since the ladys in charge of cleaning was working very hard to keep the place clean! - People living there on the other hand was being very messy and didn't seem to care about keeping the place nice for everybody! Only complaint to the staff would be that not all of them was able to speak English on a level requiered to serve people from all over the world

The bunk beds are a tad bit short for the taller among us.

Its a really nice hostel if what you are looking for is just somewhere to leave your luggage and rest for some hours during your stay in London. Its cheap and you can go walking practically to everywhere. You have to have in mind that the rooms are full of things and the beds are tiny. The common room has always people so you can easily meet somewhere nice to talk with, the kitchen is quite big so you can cook and save money too. Showers ok, and many so you never have to wait.

The fact that the showers were all in the basement is very annoying, especially since the keys are credit cards and don't have any lanyards or ways to keep them out of the way when you're showering!

Great location. Some of the staff were a bit rude. Had to go through a maze which included going through the common room and the kitchen to get to the showers. Also thought bit rough that you had to pay for a locker.

Quite close to Camden Town, Oxford st. and Soho, there's a tube station right behind the hostel, together with a Tesco's and a Waitrose that's in the Brunswick Shopping center. In my opinion the staff is a bit rough, but it's good and safe though, 'cause they're always checking for strangers in the hostel, so be easy... It's clean anough to stay in, staff is always cleaning up. I found some really nice people in there, try it! I'll book there again the next time!

Great location but very uncomfortable hostel. Rooms are placed in the underground floor, it's very hot and the bunk bed are jammed into tiny rooms. It's impossible to sleep at night because there's always people coming in and going again. Don't sleep on the top beds - when the light goes on you will be woken by glistening light! Don't sleep in this hostel!

Lazy, not very helpfull staff. Breakfast was a joke. Showers too far away from the rooms. Not clean in the showerarea.

I've hated being there because the Hostel's Staffs are very bad-tempered and they seems Robots. I can't speak english very well and all the time I felt so bad to try or ask something for theirs. There are 3 or 4 guys and girls so boring and they have really grumpy face. I don't recomend this hotel for anyone especially people non english speakers because they have very bad unwilling to attend you and aren't patient. I never would come back there I'd prefer spending my night in the airport lobby

Good location, two blocks from tube station (Piccadilly line). Confusing staff, seems as if they couldn’t care less. Everything costs extra! Horrible breakfast. Beds with good privacy, but quite short. Good security lockers/drawers (£ 1,50/day). Very warm rooms. Ok bathrooms. Good showers (female) with privacy booths. Good security using key cards all around the hostel. Recommend it if you only need a place to sleep.

This place wasn't too far from Oxford Street, but the room was very ugly and not too clean. It felt more like a hospital than a hostel.

The staff was unfriendly and not that helpful... If you have to check out and in (again) the same day, isn't done in a smart way, and you're (as a guest) gonna wast a lot of time...

I would have hoped that when the desk people saw I was an older woman, they would not have assigned me a room on the fourth floor; multiple flights of steps up and down; and two more to go to the showers. The breakfast was meager compared to the hostel I stayed in. I would hope they would advertise more to young people in the future rather than advertise as if they were welcoming to all. The common room furniture covers were stained, and the floor of my room was dirty.
