Good hostel but, like so much in Munich, way overpriced.

Had to pay for Internet that did not work. No refund. They shut down reception for an hour every few hours to count money. Lockers did not fit backpacks.

Everything was fine. Except the bathroom in the 5th floor. The toilet was not cleaned at all during my stay (I was staying 4nights).

The reception and the bar are really good. But the wifi is not free and the reception people are not easygoing. Its a good place, because the rooms are cleaned and looks new.

I think my experience of the cleanliness and atmosphere might have been negatively impacted by the activities of the Bayern/Chelsea fans, but things just seemed a bit disorganized, and the kitchen and bathrooms were pretty unpleasant. The staff were really friendly and helpful, though!

Sweet staff. I live in 6 Bed Female Dorm Ensuite, the room is big with clean toilet. Easy to go if take U-Bahn (walking distant around 20min from train station). McDonald is nearby, easy to get food to eat.

Excellent hostel on all counts but the rates for the nights I wanted to stay (Friday before and Saturday of the champions league final) were disgusting extortion!

Excellent hostel! Only glitch was that only one toilet/shower for 8 person dorm. Takes quite a long time to wait for your shower turn if your the last one. But as said, otherwise no complaints!

Everything was ok. I would like if shelves in the rooms would be a bit more cleaner, some are full of dust and when you put clothes on them, they get all dirty. Breakfast could be included in the price at least for the time period I was because it was quite pricey, comparing to normal pricing at around 10€ per night (champions league finals) or a bit more versatile. Other then that compliments goes to stuff.

A clean and tidy place, with nice facilities and very helpful staff. Location is as good as it gets, could only do better if it had a locker room.

We were at a private room, which was very fine, but the doors at that floor were incredibly noisy :-s

Internet is not free, nor is it very strong. Not much in the area really, movie theater, mcdonald's and metro stop close by. Shower drain clogged up and shower actually flooded 3/4 of the dorm; also took about 2 minutes for the water to change temperature from freezing. I guess excluding the shower incident it was an alright hostel, though the cheaper ones by the central trainstation are a bit better in my opinion. Very nice lady working the counter though.

For the security : the lockers were too small, my laptop was too big to get inside and I had to pay 2 euros for a padlock. I think that's a minimum to have big lockers in which we could put all our lugage and to be able to borrow a padlock and not to buy it. About the cleanliness the general impression was not really good because the corridor's carpet was dirty. The last bad point is the internet : you have to pay for it which really complete the impression of tightwadness....

Cant complain about location: right next to metro. Rooms where big and clean, but the other reviewer is right: its severely overrun by drunk american teenagers who seem to do nothing more than run along the corridors screaming and slamming doors. Get earplugs and pray youre not in their dorm and it will be an enjoyable time

The staff told me about some awesome things going on, and later when they were off duty hanging out at the bar they invited me along to the festival and showed me a great time in Munich. Very cool people working here and they totally made my stay in Munich very enjoyable. The hostel itself was clean and it had nothing to complain about. VERY good location for festivals such as Oktoberfest and Springfest.

Big hostel with a bar downstairs, beer happy hour, close-ish to the train station and downtown. What would be GREAT though is plugs for all of the beds, somewhere to hang a towel/clothes in the shower, and some social events to get people chatting. Other than that, this was a good place to stay
