Great location, helpful staff. Room with shared bathroom had a sink, and furniture was good. Only issue was that the bar was very quiet and unwelcoming, and the on street cafe did not exist.

Very good location, just across the street to train station, and within walking distance to main attractions. I am in a mix room and people come very late at midnight speaking very loud. Would be good if there is some rules of keeping quite hours and can have people respect. The bathroom is not very good, in the whole building only 4-5 of them, and the nights I stayed one is not working, one is only with cold water, one with very weak water.

I thought that by buying " with bathroom" I was staying in a almost hotel room. There was only a mirror and a waterleak. Excessive price. The only thing i liked was the safety of leaving my luggage in the room but for twice the price I felt ripped. 6.5 euros the buffet breakfast? I went to the wombats where they didnt even ask for a room and got it half the price.

The stained red chairs in room 204 are disgusting and need to be thrown away. The staff was great. We enjoyed talking with them.

This hotel is right near the Hauptbahnhof train station and not too far of a walk from Karlsplatz and the main city center, and easy tram or S bahn rides away from other places like the Olympic park or the museums. It was a great place for the price we found, clean and friendly staff! Plus, they gave us a map and directions to good places to eat, and free drink coupons for the hotel bar/cafe. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Smart Stay!

Facilities look old and are not in the best conditions but showers and bad were clean. The room was small and not worth the money. Near to the train station. Staff was argueing in front of guests.

private room with such a cheap price, worth choosing. One negative point is that not all floors have shower room, which is very inconvenient. My girlfriend and me didn't have shower that night.

Deciding to live in this hotel might be the worst idea in the journey. The hotel seems no advantages at all. 1. Old Equipment. Extremely old and inconvenient, for example, the light in my floor always works ineffectively and Bathrooms are really hard to find, taps of hot and cold water are even separate so you would accidently hurt by that. 2. No privacy. Mirrors in our room are unreasonably located, by which, you can even WATCH what your upper neighbor’s doing. 3. Luxury breakfast. Beware that

The location is very convenient. Very near to the train Station and to Karlplatz bus and undreground Stops. Very clean. Breakfast not included but is worth to pay the 6 euros it costs. Friendly staff. Cheap wifi (2 euros for 1 hole day) with good signal. The shared showers are very fine, clean and with enough space and privacy.

Very good location, but no room service including bed making, changing towels and so forth. You can use WiFi with 2 euro for 24h. I can recommend you this hotel.

I will definitely go back there, the staff at the front desk was very good and professional. the room was spacious and the bathroom clean. The only thing I did not like was the barmaid's behavior. First, she acted as she had the most boring job ever, then when I asked a place to go out, she couldn't help because she did not like the kind of music I was searching for. I didn't care what she liked I wanted a helpful answer. Then I asked a website where all the events were listed, she had no clue.

The hostel was good enough, but the Hostelworld booking system is terrible, as the voucher does not mention the room type. From memory I know I booked a room with "ensuite", but for my surprise this is not what the hotel had. Unfortunately, my voucher didn't mention anything but the price and date and therefore I could not complain. I tried to call Hostelworld, but they didn't answer. Sent them an e-mail and no reply I DO NOT RECOMEND HOSTELWORLD, as there are other more professional websites.

Room was very cold and it was extremely difficult to heat it up. Probably due to the fact that room has a high ceiling and old windows.
