Granted, If you only come to Koh Phangan for the full moon party this is a bit of. That is the only negative aspect about this place. A secluded and nice beach just meters away. Awesome cooking and the staff goes beyond the call of duty! I forgot my laptop at the ferry terminal when leaving the island and called desperate to see if they could find it. Not only that but they went and got it and send it back to me. Tony your are an angel!

This was the nicest place I stayed in Thailand, and I will definitely be going back next year. It is quite far from Haad Rin and the full moon party, so I would not recommend it for people who want to be in the centre of the party, but for anyone else, it's just lovely. The staff are the best, and even called me to make sure I was alive when I stayed out for three days! Be sure to try the Myanmar Curry, it's a great change from pad thai!!

We had a really nice stay here during full moon party time. Obviously, it wasn't the most convenient to be 30-40 minutes by car away from Had Rin, where the party, pre-party and after-party was taking place, but the hostel arranged rides for 100 Baht/person until 8am, which was an excellent service. The hostel staff was extremely friendly and the food was so delicious and very good value for money.

Great little place, away from the craziness of the parties. Salad Beach is a bit isolated but the beach is beautiful and there are plenty of places to eat or have a drink on the beach + some small shops. Huts are basic but great value. I found the staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back again for some chill out time.

No complaints. Very good. Not too much going on in terms of entertainment.

Nice place, on a lovely beach. It is a bit far out and annoying to get to haad rin if you want to go, but also good to be away from the grime of haad rin. Staff are lovely. If you are heading to ko samui you should stay in 'Your place'.. its amazing!

Really enjoyed our stay here the staff were really nice, the food was reaaly good, it was very secure and clean. It's on the opposite end of the island to Haad Rin but only 200 baht return in a taxi. There's a nice beach and a few shops a few metres away

Nice place to stay, Salad beach is a good alternative to south of koh phangan when you 're looking for quiet. We get one night free for 3 nights booked, but we had to stay only 3 nights because of our schedule. It was pity that they didn't offers us anything else like free wifi. It seems how it works on the island : tourists are "wallets" :/
