Very nice hostel to be while I spend a few days in Bangkok. The staff is very helpful and gives you good advise with travelling in Bangkok and where you should go. It's also very clean and close to the night market and the sky train. Met some great people there!

Really decent hostel in a quiet back alley of a lively neighbourhood. Few minor issues, but overall way above expectation. Atmosphere could be a bit more stimulated by the hostel staff by organising tours or events or so.

A wonderful hostel. It's really close to the skytrain, which is definitely better than using tuk tuks and taxis in Bangkok because they try to scam you. The rooms are super clean. There's a fun common area to hang out in. The staff is super helpful too.. I highly recommend it!

I had a great stay there. The location is really strategic, both MRT and BTS are within a walking distance, at the same time, both the central train station and the river pier to go to the Grand Palace and the sightseeing areas is also 2 stops away. I think, the best location out of where I stayed in BKK so far. This said, there are plenty of shopping and dining options around, and also a few night-clubs and bars which I have not visited though. Clean rooms, lockers, shampoo in the shower. Good.

Besides the staff being nowhere to be found half the time, the place is a good hostel to stay at. you are conveniently located for that particular area. Quiet and safe. Clean beds.okay bathroom. I will be staying here again!

the hotel is located near to all major shopping centers particularly world famous patpong night market. A best place in all respects..the women who run smiley society are highly service oriented. bus and metro are with in five minute walking range.

OK but...very steep stairs and hot cold hot cold...

Staff is accommodating and friendly, and it is clean. Very close to the skytrain so travel from the airport is convenient and inexpensive. Good value for someone passing through Bangkok and close to some night life on Silom road.

The lady in the reception is very friendly and informative. The location is great, in the heart of Bangkok bustling Silom area but quiet during the night. The maid keep the rooms always clean. :D

I have stayed in this hostel a few times now, it is nice, comfortable, has friendly staff, and is easy to get to from the airport with the skytrains.

I love this Hostel. clean, organized and quite. the location is great very near to Metro Networks. you can go easily wherever you want. Receptionist and the rest of the staff are helpful, kind and always smiling..... It is a real smile society hostel. if you are a backpacker or a budget traveller to Bangkok, I highly recommend you to stay in this hostel.

A fantastic stay in a fantastic hostel! Very easy to find from the metro or skytrain, and very convenient for both. A great breakfast is provided (and we were given a packed breakfast on our last day because we had to leave really early!), and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. It's not a particularly lively area, which suited us perfectly. It really is service with a smile at Smile Society! (Sorry about that... Couldn't resist!)
