we were scammed but Smyle Inn was very understanding and didn't charge us for the night we were unable to make it due to the scam.

i arrived at the hostel at 6am, room wasnt ready so i waited till 10am at their lounge. Room was clean but a little squeezy. When I went up to rooftop restaurant I was told the breakfast is only till 10.30am and they do not serve food until lunch, but the manager suggest me to go to their newer outlet which is less than 50m away. Staff were friendly and helpful.Location wise, it is near New Delhi train station but the area is a little complicated, might have safety issues especially in the night

In a dark alley where Sun does not show up. Though Internet available 'free' , but a moot point as they don't work. Geyser for 'hot water' appear to be always 'tripped' ( common complaint) , therefore 'hot water availability' is a pie in the sky. Mr. Alam at the reception, excellent staff. Amaj Ali in Travel /nternet area lot of b.s.. Wakes up late. On;y redeeming feature is a decent breakfast, though it could be had for half price just a few meters away from the hostel, compare to wha

We were satisfied with the accomodation and provided services. If you are interested by booking some extra activities or tours through the hostel, please compare with other agencies before making your final choice.

Keep up the good work ..your facilities are excellent ..especially for a budget hotel. I was pleased with every bit..more so because I was not expecting I would be paying all through my credit card, have excellent guide, a healthy n filling breakfast n awesome wifi! I never have experienced such good value for money even after staying at 5star hotels! Yes that's not an overstatement I swear..

Exepting the guy who is in charge of the internet room everything was really great. Very good and cheap food. The room was totally clean, without any sort of cockroaches. The hostel is absolutely recommendable.

A place with a good location and helpful staff. Watch out for a ride from the airport, stuck in a strange place and ask for a tip. The hostel is warm water and a clean room. For breakfast, toast, jam, and cornflakes with milk and a banana.

Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, close to the train station, WiFi, hot water. Everything you could wish for. Good place to come back after a hectic day in Delhi.

We stayed in both the three person budget room with a private bathroom and the more deluxe version. Both rooms exceeded our expectations, as it's so cheap, yet towels and sheets were provided (although we all used sleeping bag liners as we had them with us anyway). The best feature of this hostel was that it had fast free Wifi. Also, the breakfast was really good: cornflakes, toast and omlette and a banana as well as juice and tea. It's major flaw is that it's really hard to find.

It was enourmously great to meet such people who showed there still exist hard working and good persons in India. This hostel provides many facilities and fantastic service. They offer a lot of trips and are very helpful when asked for advices about travelling. They are close to metro and clean restaurants. If you can't afford something they understand it and find you cheapest solution. If you want to have memorable stay in Delhi this is the best place to be there.

Really nice helpful staff who did everything to make our trip easier when we got sick. Nice clean rooms in the new part of the hostel, great hot water! Good location off the main bazaar, not too difficult to find, good breakfast included. We would definitely stay here again.
