Pleasant, but the twin room was very small and the duvet had lost most of its filling. Bathroom was adequate and clean and warm. The check out staff (a woman) was very helpful and pleasant. With regards to the kitchen area availability I was disappointed that there was no sign saying that it would be unavailable for an hour after the official hostel breakfast time

Lovely stay went for a weekend break with a few friends and we all enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. excellent location for nights out, shopping and can take a bus very close to the beach. only downfall would b the beds are very hard to sleep on. overall would return and recommend to others.

Ive spent just one night at the hostel. The overnight stay was good and I had not any problem. Just one bad thing when Ive gone inside the bathroom: no liquid soap no toilet paper...and Ive waited several a lot to have them.

Staff were extremely helpful when I asked to change rooms after the first night, and were happy to put up with my hundreds of questions throughout my stay. The dorms are big and en-suite. Internet a little temperamental, though. Good location two minutes from Eyre Square and right next to the bus station.

I just thought the walls could use some color or something. Or a rug on the floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they didn't all know the correct information about the tours they book. The common room and kitchen areas were great.

The room and especially the bathroom was really dirty. Furthermore the 4 bed room was very small. There wasnt even a Locker or sth. Therefore it was too expensive.

Bed was very comfortable, Bathroom was pretty clean, couldn't check in until 3pm and the guy at the registration wasn't really nice. Didn't take time to explain things like where you can find what, what you can visit etc. He just stored our luggage (because we couldn't check in at noon) and then he ignored our questions and went back to the "registration desk"..., breakfast is pretty poor. But to stay only one or two days, I would recommend it

The staff here are super helpful in planning and bOoking trips around Galway. The facilities are clean, and fairly centrally located. If you're stopping by Galway without much planned, check in here.

this is a great hostel, one of the best I have stayed in. Very clean and modern with a lovely common area and dining room. Fantastic location right in the middle of the city and so close to the bus and train stations.

Snoozles was an amazing hostel. The staff was so friendly, the beds and the bathroom were clean, they offered a light breakfast in the morning, it was close to the center of town and right next to the bus station. The thing that was the best though is the name...Snoozles. who could resist that?

I've stayed here a number of times and always had a positive experience. The staff in general are friendly, helpful and have high levels of customer service. This time round was no different excluding the night porter. He was rude, unhelpful and clearly did not want to be there. The second night I stayed, the fire alarm went off at 7-8am. These things happen, however there was no system in place as to how to manage it etc. People were hanging around reception not knowing what was going on.
